Absolute nightmare of an establishment. Placed a mobile order, got the order confirmation and my card shows it’s been charged. Show up to subway 46 minutes after ordering and get told that there are no orders and they don’t know why the system would do that. No offer to make the order even though I’ve got the confirmation, no offer for a refund, just get told “they don’t know” and I’m just out $17 now. Thanks Subway. Avoid this place like the plague.

The ladies that work here did a great job. I just didn’t care for my Sandwich and I usually get the same thing at all subways. I should not have tried a different sauce instead of mayo… my fault.

I love, love, me and subway tuna sandwich, but I’ll have to drive to greenfield to get one made right. I hope the flat scoop vs a full rounded scoop saves milan enough for losing a customer.

Edit putting this tomato on a sandwich should be a crime. I won’t be back

I sure miss Mrs. Sandra running this store. It’s definitely went down hill lately. Today’s sandwich was a 6 inch Philly and my only stipulation was no mayo. The young lady taking order repeated it twice. Would appear I got extra mayo. Between that and the 6 inch being about 4 inches it’s just not worth it for what they charge at this point.

My second time here grabbing a cold cut for lunch. Pretty decent location. Bathrooms are nice and clean, lobby was a little fuller than last time but service is great and food relatively fresh. As a little added plus, the hand sanitizer in the lobby makes a tingle sensation. Can’t beat that.

I ordered the Footlong sweet onion chicken teriyaki. I always order the same sub. This time I was extremely unsatisfied. These subs are not cheap. To order this and get literally 4 tiny chunks on chicken on it is horrible. It was literally bread, lettuce, and sweet onion sauce. It’s sad. I will NOT be visiting this location again. The lady that made the sub basically said she is only making the sub as it was advertised. I’m pretty sure they put more then 4 tiny chunks on the advertised sub. Really?????? Its advertised, make it the way you want it???? I have never been to a Subway and be so unsatisfied and disgusted with my service and food. The location inside Walmart is inconvenient but at least they actually seem to care about the customer. If you want to actually ENJOY your meal DO NOT go to this location. They will ROB you and leave you hungry.

Yeah, this used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but don’t even go here anymore. Just go to the Walmart one. Last time I came, we had to bring the sub back twice for a mobile order because they made it wrong twice. Watch them do it if you have an allergy because they will just take the stuff off and give it back.

This time, we came in ten minutes before close, lights were on, door unlocked. The girl at the station went to take our order, but the same guy from last time saw me from the back and decided they were closed. So he kicked us out, went and turned off the lights, and locked the door.

Rude kids working here. Apparently, I offended them by pulling into and coming inside their very own personal Subway store. Additionally, this has nothing to do with the quality of food; only the quality of the employees and how they treat customers.

I pulled up to this Subway slightly before 8pm and as I did with my lights shining into the store, all three employees turned my direction, looked at me and started laughing. Just kept staring, talking amongst each other, staring some more and laughing. I wasn’t sure what the joke was but I smiled back because, why not? I hadn’t done anything wrong. Maybe it was something else. I looked around and there was other people eating inside so I knew they were still open, I wasn’t sure what the big deal was but no worries, right? As I walk in to pick up my order, not one of them said a word to me, acknowledged me or simply looked at me. They looked down at the ground or anywhere but at me. Another customer walked in a minute or so after I did and one of them said “Hi! I’ll be right with you!” Okay? Did I do something? Do you not want business? The girl w/braids laid the order down on the counter when it was finished and somewhat mumbled at me. No prior exchange such as “we’re working on your order” or “it’ll be just a moment”…nothing.

They were just all together rude kids. I worked at a privately owned Subway myself when I was 16 and I am so glad that I was taught the proper manners because there’s no reason to act like that when all someone did was walk in your store, or better yet pull into your parking lot to give your company business and in turn, for you to get paid. I’m really sorry I caused you more work by picking up an order. It was one small sub and a bag of chips. Way to make someone feel weird for coming in.

Although this obviously isn’t the biggest deal ever, you never ever know who that customer may be. Next time it might be someone who matters.

I’ve been eating here for almost a year with no issues. Easily tipped over 100$ total. Just for the manager, Alexis, to be rude, dismissive, and snappy with me. Even asking nicely why she’s upset with me, I was cut off told repeatedly to have a nice day. District manager, your store lost its one regular in the mornings.
