A very clean store. A close subway to home that is clean! I would recommend this subway in Medina. Im so excited to have a clean sandwich shop nearby. The food was fresh and kept in clean containers that were prowr temperature. The staff made recommendations on food preferences. We were checked on by staff as we dined in. We loved it. ❤️✌️

Usually it’s high school kids that work here. Sometimes they’re nice, sometimes they act like you’re bothering them. The food is okay, typical Subway. I never see any foot traffic here and 90% of the time, I’m the only one in line. Makes getting in and out really fast.

This subway is fantastic. I go a few times a month and the food is always fresh and the restaurant is always clean. Great option to go to. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great sandwich. One of my favorites is the tuna sandwich. The tuna is always fresh.

Extremely rude employees. I came in to pick up an online order (no one greeted me when I walked in) and when I turned to leave after picking up my sandwich from the rack, the lady behind the counter said “Enjoy your sandwich, lady” in a condescending tone. Keep in mind, she did this while ringing up other customers. I wasn’t even being rude. I just didn’t say anything when picking up my order, which I have done countless times before with no issue. Another time I came in to do the same thing and all 7 employees were congregated around the counter talking (one was sitting on the counter) and they looked at me like I was intruding when I walked in. It was 5 PM on a weekday. I am so sick of this location’s horrible service, please hire more professional staff.

Placed a mobile order of 3 sandwiches. None of the sandwiches were toasted. 2 sandwiches had the wrong sauces and the portion of meat on all 3 foot longs had barely any meat on them. Called up there to see if something could be done about the issues and got hung up on. Terrible place to order from and management doesn’t seem to care for customer service.

Unfortunately they do not accept SUBWAY coupons which is absurd! We live close by & got coupons in the mail but they won’t honor them? Had to pay twice what I was expecting to pay! Also, the lettuce was brown! Had to ask them if they had different lettuce so they went & got some in the back. Horrible experience. We will not go there again!

This was my first and last time here. I paid for bacon on my pizza and only got 1 slice torn up, which it was supposed to be 2, I was charged for extra cheese just to put cheese on top of my meat and veggies on top of the pizza, which he gave me very little . I’ve never know subway ti charge you extra cheese just to put on top of the pizza!. I also got a sandwich and the meat portion ( steak) was so small, it didn’t make sense. He put the meat on the sub( flatbread) sideways instead of long ways but put 4 pieces of cheese on that little bit of meat. I will never come back again. $21 down the drain.

You should actually have negative stars for your ratings at this business. Two employees were standing behind the counter staring at us….no ice in the pop machine and that counter was so dirty & sticky for 9:30 in the morning. We had 2-6in sandwiches that you couldn’t find any meat on the day old bread, even toasting didn’t make it any better. The meatballs were about the size of a quarter (disgusting) one slice of beef on the other sandwich. What a waste of $16. & Some odd cents! Subway, just lost our business!! Should have gone to McDonalds or Sonic!
