After 2 years, I tried to give this place another chance. Both subs looked like a 2 year old put together. Bread was dried out and hard. Husband had to take meatballs off sub because bread fell apart. One side of meatball sub had 2 meatballs and the other half had the rest. Both Subs looked like it was thrown together and literally looked like it was run over by a car. Cucumbers were not fresh and completely soggy. Lettuce was wilted and soggy. I asked for extra lettuce(ordered via the app) and paid extra for literally a pinch of lettuce.

The meatball sub bread wasn’t even toasted. Although warm, it looked like it was heated in microwave, not toasted.

Owner does not care, and manager doesn’t care either. She told me to return the subs and get my money back. A good manager running a restaurant would offer to remake it. I do not understand how this place stays in business with some of the experiences others have had based on comments on a local Facebook page.

You do not serve food that looks like what our subs looked like. I guess the lack of a sub place here in town is how this place still is in business. I should of never wasted my money again to be served food that ended up in the trash, literally. No customer should have to take their meatballs or tuna off their sub, pick off the old wilted veggies, and try to resurrect a sandwich on bread from home. This experience was the last. Never again.

This is NOT how a sub at Subway is made. PERIOD.

Ordered online . When i opened sandwich it was not made like the order i put in. I called and explained the problem . Instead of offering to remake the sandwich i got a debate . I get the sane sandwich made the sane way everytime. The lettuce was wilted i asked for mayo to be on bottom of bread along with my cheese . The lady said well this is how we build our sandwich !then tried to tell me that the mayo on top of my meat was vinergrette its white. Four onions is considered extra onions smh. All i wanted was it made over instead i got i made it correct smh . I will not be going back!

Walked in and said hello and got the dirtiest look ever! Stood there and finally asked her if someone could help me! She said I’m on break the other girl will who was working hard in the back room! The young lady came out and took good care of me! I work in retail and would get fired if I treated a customer that way! She truly has no personality to be around the public! Will not go back again!

So for the second time this week they are out of bread. Which i call bs because I’ve worked at subway so I feel as if it was done purposely. Not to mention how rude they are at this location. I pray that they fire those girls working.

My sandwich was slapped together and I get bad nights get to you but I asked no jalapeños and had to have those removed after I told the specifics but other then them needing to go thru training again instead of being thrown out there or not caring there okay they just need to learn how to make sandwiches properly

My husband and I came there yesterday, the lady behind the counter had an attitude. Didn’t ask what kind of bread i wanted and when I asked for bacon after they had toasted mine, she threw a tantrum in the back and said “why do yall wait till last minute!” Which i didn’t need the bacon toasted or anything but overall made us feel like huge inconveniences to them.

Food is always great. Attitudes are VERY POOR. I used to give a pretty good tip in the tip jar when I’d order but due to the lack of friendly service I don’t even bother anymore. Some people need to learn what it means to be in customer service.

Edit: I’m going to raise this from one star because I have really noticed that they are getting better. Perhaps with all the Facebook complaints someone has taken notice. Hopefully I will eventually be able to give 5 stars because the food is usually done very well. Thank you for working on being more respectful and kind!!

It’s been 4-5 months with no pretzels. Every time I go in ask about the pretzels, they don’t know when they’ll have some. Always rude about it also, like it’s a problem that I come in and ask. You can just feel the attitude. It’s ridiculous honestly. It’s the only location around here that serves pretzels too. Might as well take the display down if you aren’t going to have any and don’t know when you’ll get them back.

Every time I come to this subway in Camden, TN the workers are extremely slow and have a lack of drive. All of them are rude and have attitudes and make the experience very unpleasant. I still go there only because I like to eat Subway food. Went there today and the woman got a very bad attitude and before I could fully walk in all the way said it would be 15-20 minutes because she’s counting the drawer. It does not take 15-20 minutes to count cash. I know because I do it as well. This woman was not apologetic or have any sense of urgency for her customers. Will not be going back to this establishment zero stars

Asked for a drink with food. Was told it was “down” no sign on it, we pushed buttons fountain worked. No hair nets, worker bent down hair touched bread. Just seemed to bother the workers to ask them to do what they are paid to. I understand the holiday season is stressful, perhaps not a good place to work who knows.
