Our sandwiches were good but the worker couldn’t speak English. The manager had to come and explain what we wanted. They had a $6.99 special but only was selling tuna. They had the other ingredients in stock but wouldn’t let is purchase it.

Order was totally wrong. I tried to order online for pickup…Which was UNAVAILABLE. So I sent someone in with a screen shot of the exact order. Nothing was right. PLUS the sandwich I did get had two deli sliced pieces if turkey on it. I originally thought it was a veggie sub. ♀️They’re loss….my original order was about $45. The order they got incorrect was only about $24.

Walked in at 6pm 12/21/25, was the ONLY person in the whole building other than the server on staff. Was told they were closed, door unlocked open sign on, posted hrs say they’re open till 9 but apparently somone didn’t feel like working for 5min. Literally walked in and called home to get the family’s order back home. The call barely connected when I was informed “they’re closed.”

Very clean Subway store in Jackson Tennessee off of US Hwy 45 bys.
I ordered a 6-inch Spicy Nacho Chicken sandwich. The ghost pepper bread isn’t as hot as I thought it would be, which is a great thing. The bread has a lot of flavor. The srir sauce and a few jalapeños made the sandwich a little spicy, but my special fixings helped to offset the spice. Overall, the ghost pepper bead and rotisserie chicken will be on my repeat list from Subway.

I went in today, Saturday January 3, 2026, around 11:30 and was told it would be 1 hour before they could wait on me because there was only 1 employee and he was working on an online order. I told him it would only take 5 minutes to wait on me couldn’t he help me then finish the online order? He said he could NOT because there were cameras. I’ll never go back there!!!

i typically never leave bad reviews, but this is by far the worst subway ive ever been to. i do not recommend anyone go here. they seriously skimped on the meat, and charged me more than it usually is. i get the same thing every time and it was 3 dollars more for less than half the meat i usually get. nobody seemed to know what they were doing either. i do not recommend.

Went in to get a sandwich today and watched as the guy making someone elses sandwich dropped cheese on the floor and he picked it up and put it on a sandwich anyways. I said dude that is sooo nasty! He said in a thick Indian accent, if you don’t like… complain to subway.com. I immediately left and will NEVER BE BACK! THE HEALTH DEPT SHOULD PAY THEM A VISIT. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

You can’t see the meat that they’re putting on your food like at the other subways, you can look at the. When they get ready to add your vegetables, there’s hardly any of the meat that you ordered on the bread. The product is not worth the money.

We decided to try this Subway…it was a very clean restaurant. We ordered our food and brought it home to eat…I had the number 1 and my husband had the number 4…they were so good!!! Great place to grab a quick lunch!
