I’m very disappointed. How did I spend $15 on a salad That’s not big enough to fill up a child? I could have went down to Wendy’s spent $9 and got three times as much. And when I called they told me they’re only allowed to put a certain amount of lettuce or spinach in there and it didn’t matter that I paid for extra spinach they weren’t allowed to give me more than a tiny handful that they gave me. The toppings are fine and the staff was polite but when it comes to bang for your buck I would highly suggest not going here until corporate decides that they can double the cheapest part of a salad which is the spinach and the lettuce. Especially when someone paid for extra.

Waited for 20 minutes for 3 girls to make a sandwich the sandwich made was very pitiful at best. A honey mustard bbq chicken sandwich put very little anything on plus waited till the end to inform the customer they were out of honey mustard. On top of that the other sandwiches had the wrong topping put on when the customer said twice not to use the toppings. This clear incompetence is why we will not be returning.

We are new to the area. Our first drive through visit was AMAZING. Second visit, well let’s say we may never go back or recommend anyone to go there. We order same sandwiches both times. #18 & #42
The 42 had a 1/4 of the chicken salad in it, in other words it was nearly empty and it was not cut in half. I paid for a full wrap and didn’t even get 1/2 a wrap. The 18 had no onions, no tomatoes and that comes with the sandwich. We asked for banana peppers, he got 2. Asked for oil and vinegar, got nothing.
And the bread felt a week old, wheat.
Had this been our first visit we would not come back. It was NOT BUSY, two workers, one customer inside, and we sat in the drive through 9 minutes for our food.
Called to speak to a manager, 5:30pm, none on night shift, must call before 2pm. It was a Wednesday. Will call tomorrow.

I’ve been coming to this subway since I was little, just recently the bread is ALWAYS STALE. and they do not heat the bacon??? The last 4-5 times I’ve had to have them remake my sandwich because they do not follow the instructions on the app or the window for that matter. Please hire better workers these people are lazy. I’ll post a pic of the stale bread lol….

I have been increasingly disappointed with this subway. For starters, do not place an order online. In the past I have gotten sandwiches with cold meat and bread coupled with little to no toppings. Additionally, if you go inside to order, a good majortity of the evening staff are rude and they still do not put an adequate amount of toppings on your sandwiches ( I dont mean they should be putting a mountain of veggies, but they litterally only put 3 olives on my sandwich once). However, these poor experiences are not the ones that warrented this one star review. I placed an order online earlier tonight about an hour before closing. I picked up my order and brought it home only to find that the salad bowl I paid $8 for was half empty with no sauce, my veggie delight had limited vegetables, and the chicken bacon ranch was smothered in sauce with cold chicken and unmelted cheese. I am extremely upset as this is a waste of my money and now I do not even have an adequate dinner for my family. Attached is a photo of my sad looking, sauceless, and expensive salad bowl that also does not have all the vegetables I requested for and paid to have put in it, and the Veggie Delight that has nothing on it. I will not be coming back here again and you shouldn’t go either until they fix this staffing issue.

Asked for a ham AND CHEESE sandwich and was served a toasted ham sandwich that I paid 10.39$ for at that for no cheese to be on the sandwich. My daughter took her sandwich back up there and they refused to make it correctly and handed her some cold cheese to go on her already toasted sub. Not acceptable. And I left a tip. I called and there were no managers on duty. I will NOT go back. It’s NOT rocket science to make a PLAIN ham and CHEESE sandwich.

Worst experience ever. I did a online order they took my money but cancelled my order. Absolutely horrible service. I sat at the drive thru for ten mins before anyone even noticed me and the only reason she noticed me bc she was walking back from Papa John’s. I will never go here again and I will make sure I tell everyone I no how horrible this place is . They took my money n have yet to pay me back
