Absolutely Ridiculous. Paid almost $30 for a Steak Sub with ONE little spoon of steak on it and the rest veggies and sauce. Then ordered a Wrap and out of its ingredients and the sandwiches you still couldn’t have made a complete meal for ONE person.

It was awful. All around awful. Took 20 mins. for 4 young ladies to make 2 sandwiches. (Keep in mind we were the only customers there) our sandwiches weren’t even sandwiches. More like sauce, onions, olives and bread. Both steak sandwiches combined wouldn’t even had made one complete sandwich. (This has not been the first time that this has happened but it will be the last)

Prices are up and the sandwich is small. Where is the meat?!? I’m pissed! Apparently everyone else in McKenzie is too bc nobody else is here. 4 nice ladies are standing behind the counter with nothing to do!
If you can’t do better, close your doors.

Ordered a footlong meatball sub to go. After I got to work and went to eat it I found out it had no marinara sauce on it and the bread was hardly toasted. I took a picture of it I wish I could post here. It just looked so pathetic. I posted it to my Facebook page. I already got a and a reactions from my FB friends. I thought I could just let it go, but what kinda person would not put marinara sauce on a meatball sub? That’s what gives it it’s tanginess. It’s like getting a sauce less pizza. It’s just wrong. I called the restaurant and asked the girl who answered if perhaps they had ran out of marinara sauce. She said no and offered to fix the problem,, but I was already in another town. She just fell silent after that. Should have at least offered me a coupon or something.

If you received a coupon flyer in the mail you might as well use it to line your birdcage. It’s sad to see a business lose a customer over a coupon. This is the second time they would not honor a coupon. The first time, their reader was broken…now they simply won’t honor it. There will not be a third time. Was just looking at other posts and I noticed that not one of them had a response from the owner…I think even the owner has given up on this store.

If you’re a door dasher don’t even bother messing with this location because the manager is unfriendly and doesn’t like DoorDash she makes me late on deliveries or she will just refuse to fill the orders for my customers. She and her staff will fill others orders before she will even begin to fill your order. Not a positive atmosphere at all.

sucks and corporate sends out coupons for the area and they don’t accept them, I think that is obserd and also real stingy on everything. I never seen a store so poorly ran i will travel a 1/2 hour from know on and go to Milan instead of the one in Mckenzie.

Very warm and friendly atmosphere. Such nice kids working in this store. Every time I come in there even it’s just me in the store, all three or four employees they always welcome me with a smile and wait eagerly to serve me. One young man, his name is William I like to especially thank for taking the time explaining to me what the Beast sandwich was. Store is always clean, meat and veggies are always fresh and they always get my order right, which is important. I’ve seen reviews on here about the workers canceling online orders. I had my online order canceled before and I called the main Subway office to inquire about it and I was told the software automatically cancels the orders and still isn’t fixed, it’s not the workers and they can’t give you a refund because the order never actually went through. The software will automatically put it back on your card which happened with me. So don’t blame workers for that it’s not their fault

Order three subs very very stingy with everything to put on it went to use coupon they couldn’t take coupons, my take on it is if you’re not going to honor your coupons maybe you should post it your front door. And on news outlets . Will not go to another subway again.
