These guys are cheats and a disgrace to subway. My family got me a ft long and the guy charged them $16 for it! This was just the sandwich. I tried to pick out the exact sandwich online and it only comes out to $12. After trying to make it make sense I added all the most expensive stuff and it still only comes out to $15. What the hell guys! This sandwich should only cost $9 max. I get it every time. This subway is not the subway to eat at.

I had to order my favorite Italian BMT with Artisan Italian baked bread. I thought 6” would do it, but I added a Hot Shot Italian
6” for all my needs. OMG a BMT is#1 !!!

The cold cut combo wasn’t visible on the menu but is there and was great. The service was good. Some difficulties in communicating back and forth. The atmosphere could use a musical update while you sit. Since there’s no bird-watching to do, it was ultra quiet there.

This subway used to be Comically bad, to the point where I stopped going because it was such a hassle to even order my food. But something has changed, there are new hires, some guys who have been there the last few times I’ve been, and they are wonderful. They greeted me upon arrival. The food was perfect, and they knew what they were doing. They were quick and kind. I used to never want to dine in here because it felt like the employees didn’t want us there, but today me and my partner sat and ate our food and felt welcomed. Keep these guys on your team and this Subway might make a comeback for me, even after years of awful service.

I rarely go to Subway, or any fast food place since I enjoy cooking at home. But I got a coupon in the mail and thought, “why not give them a try.” Went to this location. Nothing was posted on the door saying they don’t take coupons, which had it been there, I would have not bothered entering the store to begin with. It was only after I had ordered and was ready to pay, that they tell me they don’t take coupons. ♀️ I paid for it, but the only reason I even went, was to try it with the coupon. In terms of the service, it was okay. Maybe this is just me, but I find that true customer service has gone down hill, which is why I tend to eat at home. I have worked in the service-based industries, and it often bothers me that people do not know the concept that : your service is what gets people coming back. If you act like you hate your job and appear upset towards the people you service, no one will want to come back. I had gone here only one other time a few months back and I had asked how the person was. They were not willing to engage or interact. They made it seem as though they were bothered that someone wanted to talk to them. I wanted to give them a try, but I think I just won’t bother trying Subway, with or without a coupon.

Ordered a regular cheap sub. They charged me the “Ultimate” price. So $10 for a sandwich. I pulled out the coupon they mailed to my house this week. They said they didn’t accept them. I asked if there was any sign posted about them not accepting coupons. They said no, we don’t put up signs for that. Please stop sending me coupons then.

I went to this location because it’s close by my job. I went with coupons that I received in the mail from SUBWAY. I got there & the lady rudely told me that they don’t except coupons. Now what doesn’t make sense to me is that I have SUBWAY coupons, yet I can’t use SUBWAY coupons at SUBWAY. It’s ridiculous! Especially when your establishment is dead nobody eating there but flies. Maybe if you took coupons you would have some business.

I walked in the store this evening at 7:45 and the employee told me that they were closed. I closed the door and I saw that the sign on the door said that they closed at 8 so I opened the door and told him they don’t close until 8. He told me to “get out” and that they were closed. My son had been begging me for the last 10 minutes for Subway so I took him there for dinner just to be treated like that. I again told the employee that they do not close until 8 and he yelled at me that “coronavirus was going around” and to get out. Absolutely disgraceful considering we were 15 minutes before close and had masks on but we’re being yelled out just because he wanted to get out of there early. He should have locked the door if that was the case but no, yelling at customers is apparently the acceptable approach. Screw this store.. never again!!!!!
Edit: After reading the 5 star reviews, most are obviously friends or family……

Not enough staff on hand to service the dinner crowd. One person can’t provide the service required. Frustrating to have to wait to pickup an online order that sits in a bag on the shelf, while staff prepares food for walk up orders and carries on an uninterrupted mobile phone conversation through their earpiece.
The food was correctly prepared and very tasty, but the experience was a disappointment.
