I went to this location because it’s close by my job. I went with coupons that I received in the mail from SUBWAY. I got there & the lady rudely told me that they don’t except coupons. Now what doesn’t make sense to me is that I have SUBWAY coupons, yet I can’t use SUBWAY coupons at SUBWAY. It’s ridiculous! Especially when your establishment is dead nobody eating there but flies. Maybe if you took coupons you would have some business.

I rarely go to Subway, or any fast food place since I enjoy cooking at home. But I got a coupon in the mail and thought, “why not give them a try.” Went to this location. Nothing was posted on the door saying they don’t take coupons, which had it been there, I would have not bothered entering the store to begin with. It was only after I had ordered and was ready to pay, that they tell me they don’t take coupons. ‍♀️ I paid for it, but the only reason I even went, was to try it with the coupon. In terms of the service, it was okay. Maybe this is just me, but I find that true customer service has gone down hill, which is why I tend to eat at home. I have worked in the service-based industries, and it often bothers me that people do not know the concept that : your service is what gets people coming back. If you act like you hate your job and appear upset towards the people you service, no one will want to come back. I had gone here only one other time a few months back and I had asked how the person was. They were not willing to engage or interact. They made it seem as though they were bothered that someone wanted to talk to them. I wanted to give them a try, but I think I just won’t bother trying Subway, with or without a coupon.

Horrible customer service! Very rude! Barely puts veggies in the salad and gets upset when you ask for a little more! Worse place to eat in the area!

Like what others have commented, I think these staff need better training in English. Not everyone speaks Spanish, this is the US, we value diversity and it also means that you should respect our language as well. I said “a bit more tomato”, I think she only knows the word tomato, or maybe she is just pretending to be not understanding… I have no idea why the Subway allows this to happen. It’s definitely ridiculous

I like Subway.. HOWEVER the ladies that work a older lady & teenager are NOT FRIENDLY!!!.. this location does NOT participate in ANY PROMOTIONS / COUPONS!!! They are in walking distance from my job & my lunch break is only 30 minutes… The other crew of ladies that work were much more PROFESSIONAL … FRIENDLY… & WELCOMED YOU WITH A SMILE!!!!!

Terrible customer service. Refuses to add extra veggies after counting three leaves of spinach? And also refuses to give sauce on the side and gives an attitude to other customers who decide to dine in.

Not enough staff on hand to service the dinner crowd. One person can’t provide the service required. Frustrating to have to wait to pickup an online order that sits in a bag on the shelf, while staff prepares food for walk up orders and carries on an uninterrupted mobile phone conversation through their earpiece.

Horrible customer service. They should get out of the hospitality(F&B) business. The lady at the counter is very rude, probably does not understand half of what you ask her, has some sort of attitude problem. I am not sure how someone with such horrific customer service skill be appointed at the store. Or maybe, it’s their own store.
