Went there around 8 pm…told the lady what we wanted, and she told us after she put the meat and cheese in the oven, there were no veggies up front, but she had some in the back…well..go get them. She said she couldn’t for 2 sandwiches. By the way… these were not extras we were adding these were menu made. Seems like to me she should have pointed out which sandwiches she had items for. She got an attitude whe. We said we didn’t want them. Well, that’s her fault. Either go and get the veggies or waste $19… she chose the waste. Never going back. This is my 3rd or 4th issue with them.

I’m sorry to say this, but… i always come to this establishment on my break from work or before work and it’s always been a pleasant experience, but this one particular female serving me my order is making it not so pleasant. She makes very disgusting faces when ever I don’t tip her. I decided to tip her today and she was still upset that I didn’t give her what she wanted or was expecting. Something needs to be done. I shouldn’t have to avoid this place because someone is expecting a tip. I’m starting to reconsider coming here because of her. I wish I had her name but if she was to see this she’ll know who’s talking about her. Please do something about this!!

Seems to be a husband and wife operation. Very polite and made sure it was exactly what you wanted. Each item applied to the sandwich you were asked if it was enough. The shop appeared to be clean. They worked efficiently and quickly to walk through the customers quickly and yet made everyone feel like they had no one else there to help. If we decide on subway this store will be our choice until something changes.

My sandwich was delicious, but I took off 2 stars because I wanted some egg white on my sandwich. After I ordered it, the guy taking my order asked his co-worker if they were still serving breakfast. “Nope.” So the guy making my sandwich looked at me and said, “we aren’t serving breakfast anymore.” Well okay, but it’s just sitting there and its eggs.. they will be thrown away anyway. So needless to say, even though it was 2 hours after they supposedly stopped serving breakfast, and the eggs were still on the line, they would not add them to my sandwich. Not impressive. At all. Seems like a waste of food to me. Who cares if it is after breakfast? If the food is sitting there on the line for the customer to see, there is no reason to not serve it. Won’t be back. As we are leaving, 25 minutes later, the eggs are still on the line. If y’all won’t serve them to customers who will ensure they won’t be wasted, take them off the line.

The food is fine and I have no complaints in regards to the quality control. The staff members are mostly respectful except for the African American woman. The Indian woman is so respectful and kind towards the customers. The other employee shouts and has a rude demeanor. I also would advise the manager to clean out the air vents and replace the air filters immediately. They are extremely dirty and dusty creating a safety hazard especially due to the vents overlying the food. Please please replace those filters!!!!!!!

This one was great. The 2 people working were an excellent team, when one stepped away to put something in the oven, the other picked up exactly where he left off every time. Super quick, and importantly, they looked at the veggies and discarded the ones that looked unappealing and didn’t put them on my sandwich.

I paid over $7.00 for a small ” side ” salad. The lettuce was iceberg lettuce and it looked almost dead. Not a good choice of veggies. I was told that was the only size they sold. I’ve bought salads from subway before and they were much larger and didn’t cost nearly $7.00. next time I will go to Jason’s Deli.
