A few days ago I tried to buy a 4.00 Italian trio. It doesn’t come with salt and pepper or mayo. When asked to add, the female employee argued with me and wouldn’t do it, refused just a squirt of mayo. Ridiculous customer service, never go again

My sandwich was delicious, but I took off 2 stars because I wanted some egg white on my sandwich. After I ordered it, the guy taking my order asked his co-worker if they were still serving breakfast. “Nope.” So the guy making my sandwich looked at me and said, “we aren’t serving breakfast anymore.” Well okay, but it’s just sitting there and its eggs.. they will be thrown away anyway. So needless to say, even though it was 2 hours after they supposedly stopped serving breakfast, and the eggs were still on the line, they would not add them to my sandwich. Not impressive. At all. Seems like a waste of food to me. Who cares if it is after breakfast? If the food is sitting there on the line for the customer to see, there is no reason to not serve it. Won’t be back. As we are leaving, 25 minutes later, the eggs are still on the line. If y’all won’t serve them to customers who will ensure they won’t be wasted, take them off the line.

I came to this location because it happened to be close to where I was and it was one of the cleanest subways I’ve ever been in. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I left my purse here for about 20-30 minutes and it was still there when I came back. My food was delicious as well. I don’t understand why this place has bad reviews, but it’s honestly one of the best subways I’ve been to.

Ordered two sandwiches. The vegetables looked like they were a little past their prime. Also- when I say SKIMPY I mean SKIMPY on vegetables. I had to ask for more than FIVE banana peppers on a FOOT LONG. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t waste your money here- they’re obviously cutting costs by giving you less than the normal amount of toppings and it’s weird.

Used to love this location, however it has gone downhill fast. The last 2 times I’ve ordered for my family from this location, the sandwiches are sloppy and ALWAYS made wrong. They must have gotten new employees and they do not pay attention to orders placed nor do they seem to care. 2 times bad experience so I won’t be back for a 3rd. It’s a shame

I placed an online order(like always) at this location. It was #10. I picked it up and when I got back to work, there was cheese all over it and no bacon. I went back and explained to the lady behind the counter that I removed the cheese as an option on line and that the bacon was missing. She kept insisting the cheese went on the sandwich and I kept telling her that I removed it from the order. The ticket shows what I requested on the sandwich. The manager comes up and explains that he does not know why the ticket prints off this way and it will always happen, so I need to place an additional note stating what I do not want. That was the whole purpose of removing the cheese from the selection. He told her to remake the sandwich and she began doing so, and I told her to make sure it was toasted. She put in in to be toasted but only the bottom piece of bread was actually toasted. She did not keep in in the toaster long enough. Needless to say, I wont be going back to this location. It appears to be owned by new people who have no respect for customers needs or concerns. Make sure you check your items before ordering for pickup, had I done that, I could have nipped this in the bud quicker. If your online portal is not working sufficiently, remove it. The sandwich was not as good as usual because it was not properly toasted and I had to waste time on my lunch break to make 2 trips.

Seems to be a husband and wife operation. Very polite and made sure it was exactly what you wanted. Each item applied to the sandwich you were asked if it was enough. The shop appeared to be clean. They worked efficiently and quickly to walk through the customers quickly and yet made everyone feel like they had no one else there to help. If we decide on subway this store will be our choice until something changes.

I ordered the titan turkey via App, sandwich just above 10 dollars, when I opened the wrapper I was so excited until I noticed how skimpy it was with the turkey, good lord jesus save me now. This is terrible how much we are getting scammed now paying this much for a scrawny sandwich, might as well go to firehouse subs and get what you pay for. DO NOT GO to this one.
