Very poor customer service and everytime we go there here lately the employees have a bad attitude and start slamming things around or just walk off and leave their coworkers to handle rush hour on their own. The food is great and usually fresh but if you ask for your bread to be heated then most likely the edges are going to be burned. The atmosphere is good but I gave it a 4 because the last time I went there was trash all in the floor and the tables didn’t look clean.

Most of the time, the food is okay. But, I’ve had some very ugly experiences here. Most recently, I ordered my food on the app, it charged my bank account 3 times ….I called the store and the lady I spoke with said they didn’t receive the order just to tell her what all was on it and they would make it and have it ready for me when I arrived. Once getting there, they had no clue what I was talking about and none of them spoke to me on the phone …….Needless to say, I paid for my food a 4TH time. I did however receive refunds for the other 3 several days later…….

There was no line or any other customer in the store. I stood there for a long time, and wasn’t even greeted as two employees worked on one order together. Finally, after standing there for almost 5 minutes, someone finally said something to me. She said they had to finish this order before serving me. Which would be fine, if there were not two employees there. I stood there a little while longer, without being served and finally walked out.

I wish I could really give this place 0 star, there is no telling how long these women here have been touching food without their gloves on, I saw a woman today touching cheese with herbarehanded, and as I’m looking at her she looks at me and turns her head as if I didn’t catch her. I told my girlfriend that we are leaving, and they looked at me all shocked Ironic thing is, they’re wearing masks, but not gloves, this restaurant does not follow procedures at all, they’re careless and look like they have attitudes on a daily. It baffles me how many restaurants touch food with no gloves on during covid.
