I ordered a Salad from here. Totally ripped off. I had to go back in to have more spinach put in my salad. Because the bowl was half full. I’m not paying for a side salad. Not to mention the employee did not offer me crackers or if I wanted my salad chopped. She broke the spinach leaves apart with he fingers… nice lady but unprofessional…

This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. I have come in here before only because Subway is closest to me. I have requested many times to use my coupons. Trying to understand what the owner is saying. He will yell to you that he does not take coupons!! This is false advertisement on TV. Why is he let to continually go on with lie after lie. This is not fair to us as the consumers. Fix your boss advertisements!!

#75, girl with orange braids, has a sour look on her face as we walked in. I understand we did go in 30 minutes before closing, but that does not mean look at us with a sour look and when we tell you our order to say, “Is that all of the sandwiches?”. We only ordered 2 sandwiches, and she was rude to us, didn’t say hi, was more concerned about whatever was on her phone behind the little wall they have versus doing her job.

Don’t know what happened but service is not the same as before. them young grill’s act like they don’t won’t to work management need to get a new staff before their business drop. I am a business owner take my advise hire Middle age people who won’ts to work and who got experience how to treat the customers.

If I can give this location less than one star I would. I went in around 3:45 on a Sunday. 3 girls were working. One was on cell phone. All were really rude and laughing at this lady and her son (appeared to have a disability). They kept laughing and taking really disrespectful to the woman. I started fixing my sandwich before I realized what was going on and then I told the girl not to worry about it. I will be calling management in the morning to voice my frustration even more.
They weren’t paying attention and charged the lady. And refused to give her the food. She asked the lady to pay again. They continued laughing and saying rude things to this lady.
This needs to be corrected asap. I walked out and wouldn’t dare give my money to an establishment that supports this behavior. I’m disgusted.

They use my mailbox to deliver their marketing coupons, I pick out my dinner, I cut the coupon out and drive there just to hear them say we don’t take coupons. How unethical is their marketing!

The most horrific experience here. The subway at 8021 US Hwy 51 north. At 8:12 p.m. Sunday evening I placed my order. There was a lady there that conducted the transaction. She was a lighter skin lady with braids. She had a extremely evil look on her face. Although I handed her the (my) money, she threw my back. My five dollar bill landed at the edge of the counter and my two dollar bills landed on top the tip jar. This is the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant.

WHAT HAPPENED SUBWAY!!!! Well, I had to redo my review. I went in tonight and was very unhappy. We eat here all the time, usually my wife goes in to get the food. I went in tonight and the place was less then pleasing. There were flies everywhere, the vegetables looked rough, the place they make the sandwiches was nasty, with old condiments all over the place, and overall I’d say a 3 out of 10. The girls working tonight were nice, but this place used to be so clean and nice. I will update my review next time u go in. As far as right now…the flies and messiness…..not sure when, but I’ll give it another try. Truly sad to see this place this nasty.

You walk in and NONE of the three employees will greet you. They look at you, then keep talking to each other. When they decide to talk to you it’s an emotionless “what can I get you?” If yall need me to come train your staff to run a successful business, let me know. Because this ain’t it! Who you hire will either drive business or push business away. You decide.

Got a steak and cheese wrap. 1st red flag: no new gloves. Put on old ones that were laying on the counter that hard already been worn. Then they put some brown liquidy guacamole on my wrap instead of discarding it and giving me fresh guac. Then utterly failed at folding the wrap. It was a mess. There was no way to hold it without having my hands covered in sauce. And to top it all off, the employee making my sandwich cut it with a dirty knife that had a random piece of lettuce on it which ended up in my wrap. I threw that wrap away. I’m not one to complain but this was just unacceptable after all of these incidents.
