Ordered online. I arrived to watch them prepare it so I get while it’s fresh off the line. Ordering ahead makes it easier for them to follow preparation because it is printed on the receipt. It was prepared and ready before the app said so in this case it was a good thing I showed up earlier or it would have been sitting there until the app said it was ready. Setting is very clean and air conditioned well. Cant speak on if there is a restroom and it’s cleanliness.

This new management is awful they give you 1 piece of turkey on the 6 inch just so for you to ask for extra so they can charge you more because clearly that’s not what the previous management did you got what you paid for!!! Then they do not honor coupons! And have the meat covered up so you can not see how they are shorting your sandwich or how the meat looks!I will be going to the subway at pilot where you get what you pay for!

They barely put anything on my husbands sandwich and my pizza . I asked for a pizza with bacon and they gave me one piece of bacon and charged me for more and then asked me if I wanted cheese and charged for that, but they never put any on it in the beginning. The sandwich was dry and barely had anything on it even though we asked for extra everything all we tasted was bread. I’ve never been to a subway that didn’t do at least a handful or half a handful of cheese and sauce etc. I think it’s ridiculous.

Tried to eat here 3 times. Each time was a different issue. Either waiting till the order is all made then telling me cash only, or this past time a giant sign that said open… locked door. Giant drive thru sign that said open and no one to take my order. This place will never have my business or my coworkers who were also there with me.

Went in there tonight and the worker went to the back. They did not say one word to the customers, they were in the back and were very unprofessional. One lady came up front grabbed a knife and went back to the back, she didn’t say please wait, we are cutting fresh vegetables. They said nothing. It was only my husband and I at first, then another lady came in. Someone was in the drive thru but they pulled off. I know the owners would not approve of this behavior.

This place is ridiculous most of the time the employees have a attitude and the manager is clueless. And on a night when its pouring down rain they have the front door lock and tell you to pull around to the window where they have no awning or cover so you have to set there in the rain giving your order the inside of my vehicle is soaked thanks to them . Here’s a suggestion if your going to lock the front door at 9:30 close for the night . Congratulations you just lost a customer and I will not return to this location ! And thanks to their poorly designed drive threw I now have damage to my wheel and tire !

Love this Subway and I also love the Subway app it’s amazing I’m able to order 5 to 6 subs for my large family and go and pick it up on the way home all for my phone however the last few times I’ve tried to use the app it’s not working for this location. unsure if they have turned it off so I had to place my order with the Subway at Walmart which is not as good. Please fix the app so that I can use your location.
