Had to edit this review. Ordered from the app and all 4 subs were missing things. Big mess up. I thought making a sandwich was easy. I would recommend skipping this location. This was so simple yet someone made it look so sloppy.

Ordered ahead for my house then after arriving in the parking lot, I was called and told one of the sandwiches was unavailable. They told me I could swap it out or refund and reorder. I chose to swap it out, then was told that wasn’t an option. So I reordered.

I wouldn’t even give them one star. Worst place to eat in Arlington, TN! Every single time I have gone in there, the service has been terrible and they are always out of something. Last week, I went in during lunch and ordered a sub that was listed as $3(very cheap, so I assumed it was a special) on the menu and when I got to the register, the (very rude) cashier told me my total was $4.27. I asked why was my total so much on a $3 sandwich and her response was, “because you have to pay taxes.” I told her that tax on $3 wouldn’t be $1.27. At this point she got an attitude and rolled her eyes at me. After that, the manager walked over and I explained it to her, but she didn’t understand either, then said that they forgot to put the .89 sticker on that sandwich and I would have to pay the full amount…which was only .89 cents more, but I should have had to pay what was listed on the menu in their restaurant. 2 people were behind me, so I paid the full amount, got my food and sat down. A minute later, I hear the cashier making fun of me to a customer that was behind me in line while the manager was standing right beside her laughing. This subway needs new management, new employees and A LOT of training on food handling and especially customer service. With so many bad reviews and all of the issues I hear from coworkers and friends about this location, something needs to be done to fix the problems before they get any worse.

Placed a pickup order. Grabbed sandwich and left on my way to work. Get to work open sandwich and missing tomatoes and cucumbers that were supposed to be part of the veggies. Called them and they basically said sorry we got new people oh well. Really?
