I come to this Subway everyday on my lunch break. It’s never a long wait. Always clean and I love their customer service. I’m always greeted with a warm welcoming smiles and friendly faces. My food is always 100 percent. This location has the freshest bread and vegetables. The store manager is always so sweet and understanding. Thanks Subway!

We visit this location every few months. Yesterday, we stopped in to get a simple 6″ veggie sandwich for our daughter. Her order is straightforward: wheat bread, American cheese, lettuce, spinach, cucumbers, tomatoes, and ranch—nothing else.
As they started making the sandwich, the employee added barely any lettuce and only four pieces of spinach. For a veggie sandwich, that’s disappointing. I had to ask twice for more lettuce and spinach. Come on, Subway—this should be a basic expectation for a veggie option.

Returned after a long absent and were greeted by Mesha and Emilie. They were very pleasant and cheerful, they actually enjoyed working there. They were fast and accurate with our order and the food was fresh and tasty. We will come back.

I rarely ever leave reviews but this subway is truly the best subway. I got an all American club and my friend got a tuna melt, my club was fantastic and my friend could not stop raving about the fresh veggies on her sandwich. She did say the tuna was a bit mushy but honestly neither sandwich lasted long enough to take a picture so I’ll let that speak for itself. The cleanliness was up to par, especially for it being just after the lunch rush. The service was also spectacular, the two young ladies and young man were very kind and attentive.

Walked in, one woman behind the counter looks up and rolls her eyes immediately. I should’ve walked out then. Neither of the workers were wearing hair nets. When I said my order, one lady acted as if she was making my sandwich. She then repeats my order to the worker next to her who rolled her eyes when I entered. That woman asks for my order again, and I realize she’s still working on some online order. Then she finally gets my bread out after asking me to repeat what I wanted… a third time. She didn’t even let the toaster go fully, the lettuce and onion tasted old, and when I paid, I basically had to reach across the register because she wouldn’t even hand the sandwich to me. Don’t go here. Just go to Lenny’s.

Stopped here to grab a bite to eat while traveling through. Our family was the only customers. Two young girls were working and were not very friendly. The restaurant was dirty. Literally not one clean table in the entire place. Food, chips, trash everywhere on the floor. Unfortunately we didn’t notice prior to our order or we would’ve definitely left.
The sandwiches were good but we were hungry!

We placed a pick-up order. The Beast sandwich was drenched in the vinaigrette dressing making the bread soggy. The meat held the sandwich from completely falling apart. Subway is notorious for making sloppy sandwiches ♀️ Not a fan.

I wouldn’t even give them one star. Worst place to eat in Arlington, TN! Every single time I have gone in there, the service has been terrible and they are always out of something. Last week, I went in during lunch and ordered a sub that was listed as $3(very cheap, so I assumed it was a special) on the menu and when I got to the register, the (very rude) cashier told me my total was $4.27. I asked why was my total so much on a $3 sandwich and her response was, “because you have to pay taxes.” I told her that tax on $3 wouldn’t be $1.27. At this point she got an attitude and rolled her eyes at me. After that, the manager walked over and I explained it to her, but she didn’t understand either, then said that they forgot to put the .89 sticker on that sandwich and I would have to pay the full amount…which was only .89 cents more, but I should have had to pay what was listed on the menu in their restaurant. 2 people were behind me, so I paid the full amount, got my food and sat down. A minute later, I hear the cashier making fun of me to a customer that was behind me in line while the manager was standing right beside her laughing. This subway needs new management, new employees and A LOT of training on food handling and especially customer service. With so many bad reviews and all of the issues I hear from coworkers and friends about this location, something needs to be done to fix the problems before they get any worse.

Me and my wife go to this subway after work for a quick meal we noticed the guy that usually takes our order wrote a flirty comment on the bag we both thought it was weird and creepy definitely won’t be coming back
