“Henry” (I’m assuming the manager), told me he and his co worker couldn’t change my order due to “Subway’s system”. I asked for a $9.99 meal deal on the board. I asked for the Thursday sandwich instead of the Wednesday sandwich (by accident). Woman wouldn’t accept the honest mistake and make it right. She claimed I didn’t specify I wanted the meal deal and ordered the wrong sandwich. Instead of leaving with chips, a drink, and a footlong sandwich for $10+tax I have the footlong by itself for $15. Bad customer service, mediocre food. Don’t go here.

Im being generous with the stars… What happened to $6 footlongs? 2 sandwiches totaling almost $40… Feels really over priced. Almost priced gouging, which last I checked is illegal and can be reported to the state. If found to be true. Your establishment will face huge fines and penalties. Fast food has become ridiculously overpriced! Stop taking advantage of people before you get sued into chapter 13! Do better!

We live down the road so we come here every once in a while and without a doubt every time, the same lady is ridiculously rude.
and I’m not one to take my time out to make reviews, but this lady is as bad as it gets. She just slaps everything on there and gets sauce all over the sub. She’s on the phone the whole time and you can’t tell if she’s responding to the person on the phone or you. then when she’s confused because she wasn’t paying attention, she blames it on you and acts frustrated. I would say go find a job you like, but if you can’t even make a sandwich for Subway, then you have bigger problems.

I’m editing my review to say the young man who I believe came in to manage has really turned this place around. This was a 1-2 star place for me two years ago and I used to kind of dread going in bc of the service, but it was so close to home.
Now I am greeted warmly, the employees are always friendly, helpful, great at what they do. Thank you for the change up and hiring him, I’ve watched him be a great trainer and enjoyed the food very much.

I don’t know how food, service or atmosphere is because I arrived at 8:51pm on September 27 and they locked the door as another customer and I walked up. They told us they were closed. The employee putting the chairs on the tables said they were closed. First of all, your hours say 10pm is closing. Secondly, there were two other customers getting their orders made so you could have made some more money and had a 5 star review but instead you get a 1 star review since a no star review isn’t available.

There is nothing more infuriating than paying extra for your meal only to get short-changed for the very product you paid extra for. Ordered a foot long tuna sub w/ extra tuna. Literally watched the lady try her hardest to scrap out the scooper so that the portion applied was about half the regular scoop. Could not fanthom what I was seeing. She even went as far as emptying the scooper over a few times trying to get a little as possible. Pls beware make sure you get what you are paying for!!!
