This was my very 1st time @ this location and NEVER Again!!
Got home with a chicken wrap and there was a fly inside…
I returned it and requested a refund to only be harassed by the employee. She demanded i wait until she completely prepared 3- other customers food.
This was made an issue prior to ordering the flies are uncontrollable and have total access to the food.
** it was in the black olives which makes it difficult to see upfront.

Very disappointed, I’m a long trip and needed a good sandwich to help me. This place is closed 30 minutes early! The convenient store clerk next to it said that they’ve been closing early every night.

So ordered the new spicy nacho steak sub! It looked like I was served dog meat or ground beef not anything at all like the picture of actual steak! Missing green pepper, missing the ghost pepper bread! Basically dog meat cheese and like 6 precisely placed jalepenos when more or extra were selected! Won’t return to this cheap subway again! Go to any other location but this one.

Food had been out awhile. Lettuce brown tomatoes falling apart. Bread was tough. Flies landing on food. Cucumbers brown they trapped a fly in my sandwich had to show them before they believed it. Gone to Lenny’s or Firehouse and I use to pick up there twice a week

This subway is absolutely terrible. The lady that was working the counter was sitting in the back. The place was extremely dirty. Left over food on the tables. Reciepts from prior orders left strung on counter. Veggies weren’t covered and several items were cross contaminated. The counter wasn’t wiped off and the lady didn’t have change available. Would have went elsewhere had we of not had a starving kid who has been in the car for 10 hours. This is absolutely pathetic of a food place. All we got was white bread and pepperonis (again a kid) and the kid was absolutely disappointed in pepperonis and white bread. Worker refused to give us a receipt.

Wanted to give this spot 2022 review this location has really upped it in terms of quality I guess the Owner cleaned house and replaced the staff of ladies that was there early last year don’t get me wrong they were really nice but the new staff is much faster and keeps everything clean and organized and everything seems much fresher has been my go to subway spot in the Lakeland area for a while definitely prefer this one over the ones on stage and the one by the sprouts farmers market

Well I have to say….out of all the subway restaurants I have visited, this one maybe the absolute best.the bread,the ingredients were very fresh,the taste was wonderful. The lady(I call her”Mama”)is very friendly, and we shared a laugh as she wrapped up my cold cut.Anytime I’m craving subway,I’m coming HERE.Usually I take my food and leave,but this time I sat in the parking lot and enjoyed my sandwich!Thank You.
