One employee on a Friday night at 7pm. He was talking trash basically the whole time about how his co-workers were slacking on stocking so he was basically out of everything. He then spent more time complaining about his manager rather than making our food. The store smelled like dirty mop water and the employee carried our ingredients out from the back in a pile so thank goodness we don’t have food allergies.next time I’ll go out of my way for a different subway.

We have ordered from this Subway through DoorDash a few times and EVERY SINGLE TIME the order is completely wrong and disgusting.
Our ham subs each had 2 pieces of ham (not 4). The pizza sub wasn’t toasted, didn’t have pizza sauce, and only had 3 pieces of pepperoni (that was supposed to be deluxe meat!). Called to complain and no one would pick up the phone.
This business is pathetic. We will NEVER be back.

Placed an online pickup order. Order took 10 minutes after the ready by time but it’s okay I get it. Was then told they are out of all drinks except Dr Pepper, the flavor of cookie I ordered, half the toppings for my sandwich, carry out bags (not a big deal but) while I was waiting on my food the lady was talking to a customer about spitting in his bosses food. I’ve spent 30 minutes now trying to find subway customer support but it does not exist so this is what I’m left with doing.

Went into Subway to use the 2 Footlongs for $12.99 and no sooner had i taken a step thru the door I was instantly greeted with a “Hello!”. That impressed me right off the bat. Her personality is AWESOME. She’s truly an artist when it comes to the craft of making sandwiches. I will be visiting there again.

I don’t think I’ve ever rated Subway very highly, but this was a very good experience. I ordered via the app which was easy and use a coupon which made it very affordable. The sandwiches were made perfectly. The staff greeted me when I entered and actually smiled, made sure I had everything I needed and wished me a good day.

I very rarely go in this subway and get subs bc everytime I go in this store there’s new workers who obviously weren’t trained well enough how to actually make a decent sub or they just don’t care. I go to walk in the worker is outside smoking & just goes in to put gloves on w/o washing their hands. The quality of the subs was and always is so crappy & very messy. For the price of these subs I expect at a decent sub not a messy, sloppy one. I could have made it better myself. Do better! And she charged me for my food before it was even made. Bad service all around

The outside looks to be getting a needed facelift, but as soon as I stepped in the store today at 11:35, the floor was dirty, and the two workers looked very unhappy to be there. One on paperwork, and the other sitting in the back.
The food area was fairly clean, but veggies were a bit mixed in each other. Spinach and cucumbers looked old. They had no Parmesan cheese.
My sandwich, which was modified because of the sad looking vegetables, was on bread that was hard on the ends and was pretty dry.
I paid $20 for two sandwiches that were not very good.
This is a convenient location for work, but I don’t think I’ll visit again.

They close at 11pm why at 9pm did they only have white and wheat breads. Also, they were out of vegetables except tomatoes lettuce cucumber and pickles.
No greeting, just what can I get you.

I normally don’t give bad reviews unless it’s blatant. I stopped to use a coupon I received in the mail and the lady said you will have to read which sandwiches you can choose on the fine print. I said I can’t see that. She said me either? I left the coupon and turned to leave, she said her employee can read it for me, so I came back and was working on the sandwich then the same blond, short, rude woman said there’s a fee for mozzarella. WOW she never smiled the entire time nor make me feel she appreciated my business. Felt more like a nuisance to her. So I just left. I really hope she wasn’t your manager, you have issues if she is. I live 5 minutes from here, just moved here, so she lost a repeat customer as well. I went to McDonald’s where everyone smiles and says ty
