I ordered a pickup delivery from this subway — I didn’t get a chance to get her name, but the woman who was working today 1/17/26 around 1:30 pm deserves recognition, she was so kind and made my sandwich perfectly! Nowadays it can be hard to get good service and orders made correctly especially when ordering to go. I haven’t had a subway sandwich made to these standards in a long time. She went above and beyond, didn’t forget any toppings or items in my order, added the double meat I paid for (which for some reason is hard to actually get nowadays in my experience) and even took the care to double wrap my sandwich. My son and I visited another subway on October 12. We had a problem with the service and our order. We were waited on by Cindy who was extremely rude. Cause of our problem we were told to call back on Monday . We did however no one answered. Finally a Shianne answered on Thursday of the same week and promised to help us and have her manager. I reached out to her several times she said she would handle the problem and have her manager call back. Well it’s 2 weeks later and no one has reached out. Very very poor customer service!!!

Whoever the girl working at 4:26 on 12/12/25 couldn’t bother getting off the phone to properly make the sandwich. Didn’t make it correctly to began with and asking for anything extra was damn near impossible. Rude and unprofessional. And cleanly this isn’t the first review made about her.

The sandwich I received was really bad. I ordered a turkey sub with light mustard and veggies. All I could taste was the loaded down mustard that you see in the picture. I asked for green peppers, lettuce, banana peppers, jalapeño peppers and as you can see they only put 2 on the sandwich. Very little lettuce. They even gave me the wrong bread. I was very disappointed and will not order from there again. The sandwich was not good.

If I could give this subway zero stars I totally would im a dasher in this area and mind you i had a order to pick up from here and this lady i don’t know what her issue is but just the rudeness and not even hey welcome to subway or anything. I asked her if they had anymore miss Vickies jalapeño chips in the back cause that’s what the customer had on their order she then responded NO WE DON’T. so I said okay allow me a moment to call her and see what kind of chips she wants cause one thats the right thing to do and number two I don’t wanna get a bag of chips she may not like or be allergic too so this worker not sure were shes from. Says JUST GET HER A BAG OF LAYS CLASSIC CHIPS EVERYONE LIKES LAYS CLASSIC CHIPS. and my response was ma’am with all do respect im not gonna do that id rather call the customer to see what kind of chips they would prefer like please allow me to do my job sorry your having a bad day but doesn’t mean you take it out on me. Just rude as all goes needless to say I won’t be back that’s how you lose customers don’t be rude. Subway you need to do better!!! This place needs to be shut down. Now I see why this subway in particular has a 3.9 star.

I’ve come here several times because I work nearby and it says they open at 10 am, but I’ve come here at 10:50 am and it’s still closed, and there’s a woman inside, but she pretends she’s not there, she doesn’t open the door, not even to say it’s not ready yet or something. She’s very rude, and it’s happened several times. I don’t recommend coming to this place, they don’t respect opening hours.

My wife and I stopped for a quick lunch. I ordered a fresh fit sandwich and she a turkey, bacon, guacamole wrap. I asked for light mayo twice and she still have me regular. She had to be reminded three times to put the guacamole on the wrap and then scrapped the bin for about a half a teaspoon of guacamole she smeared on the wrap. All in all very unsatisfactory. The employee was very uncommunicative and seemed unable to understand us. I am not returning.

Huge appreciation for Ms. Bridgette, who single-handedly made (6) sandwiches for our group tonight during rush hour (8pm). Her efficiency and kindness enabled us to be in and out within 10 minutes. This young lady deserves a raise! Will definitely be back!

Worst experience for the first time at a Subway! Clearly tell the lady at the counter is racist. Her responses speak a lot about how she treats Americans vs others. She wouldn’t even look or talk but with me when I try being nice and start making a light hearted convo but a complete different personality is displayed when another American lady walked in. For sure, wouldn’t have got my order had I not done online.
For non Americans(not sure how she treats anyone other than white Americans!), please be careful if you happen to see a lady older than 50 years working when you step in the store.
