Been coming here for the past 22 years. Zero issues until now.
Just a quick thought. If you order an hour in advance online and you still have to wait behind 7 customers just to get that sandwich made, then what’s the point in ordering online. I order online simply because most of the time I don’t have the time to wait.
This makes the 2nd subway locally to not have their act together.

This place is disgusting they do not wear gloves to prep food they touch the bread while spraying and rolling it without gloves they prep the food without gloves. They know they are doing wrong cause when the inspector shows up they watch every move to make sure they don’t get caught. The whole family works there and money is going missing in bottom safe and in the drawer all the time. Druggies hanging out there all the time! I would not recommend this place to anyone they need to shut this store down.

The employee was real hateful, & claimed closed during lunch rush hour. Had bad attitude everytime & I WAS a daily costumers til her!! Never again. I work right up the road so it was always most convenient. I’ll travel further for better attitude

I was a assistant Manager at Firehouse Subs and really wanted a good subway experience and a employee by the name Ja Neah Bowens was prominent and served the best sandwich I have experienced in a long time. She was very polite and knew what she was doing. Was professional in the whole process. I’m completely satisfied. Thank you for her.

I would have give. One star but the boy working tonight, Kyle, we fantastic. With that being said, he is a high school working his third day ON HIS OWN. Ever time I visit here there is someone new who has been there a week! The sandwiches suffer from this and it is NOT the workers faults. I do not like knowing these are under paid overworked TEEN AGERS. Have respect for your workers and maybe your store would be better! Have two workers at all times, especially on a Saturday night when it’s going to be busy (which is plus three other families were in there waiting.). Uggh.

Really wouldnt give them the 1 star but it was the only way to get to the review. The sandwich I got tonight was suppose to be cold cut trio all it had on it was bologna I could have have fixed that myself and saved the7 dollars very disappointed if you want a good fresh subway go across the bridge or go to tellico village I wi tried calling the store and none answered it was 8: 32pm guess they done closed.

Worse Subway Ever was out of everything and my salad was not right. Had no Chicken, no tomatoes, Green Peppers, and no eggs. Never going back to this Subway and only had one Employee Working.

The dirtiest, and filthiest place I’ve ever seen, I wouldn’t eat the bagged potato chips, the food preparers smoke in the back, the entire place smells like gasoline, and I won’t ever be back!
