This is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life!! Was told they didn’t have enough meatballs for a footlong meatball sub, so we ordered the 6 inch. Get to the window and we are charged for a footlong. The guy taking the order sounded like this was his first interaction with a human being and was so miserable to be doing his job. Won’t be returning and at this point it seems like almost nobody else will either.

I can only assume that either this location is closing or whoever is responsible for ordering food took some time off. Out of steak, out of provolone, out of spinach, out of olives, out of banana peppers, out of napkins.
We were the only two guests and only one of the 8 tables was clean and both inside and the outside trash cans were overflowing. #Sad
On the plus side, the subs were good.

I have went to this subway 3 times this week. Once at 1pm, once around 7pm and now 8:30pm. Each time they say they are refusing drive thru orders that you have to walk in to get a sandwich. I asked why and when the drive thru will be working again and they said they always close it and do what they are told. Very rude and don’t deserve the one star I’m leaving.

This was a total disaster of a visit. We stopped by to get a couple sandwiches and the store was a mess. There were children of the employees running everywhere even back in the kitchen and storage areas. The kids were screaming, yelling and just totally out of control. The employees did not speak when we talked to them. If I could I would give them a zero. We’ll not be back!!!

When we stopped in around 2 in the afternoon, there was 1 young woman working. She was doing drive-through and walk up. There was a line in the door. She didn’t lose her cool at any point. She was kind and helpful without rushing anyone’s service. I didn’t get her name, but she needs a raise. She was an exemplary employee. We were traveling and just passing through. Otherwise, we would have offered her a job. It’s rare you see anyone young not lose their cool or freak under pressure. She was great. Food was, of course, good as well.

New Management has made all the difference! Avoided this Subway for the past year due to poor service and product. Saw posts about new management so decided to try again on Saturday. The difference is staggering. All the food containers were fully stocked. 2 employees were available to help customers. Both workers were supper friendly and our food was GREAT! Kudos to the new Manager for this noteworthy turn around. It makes me happy to be able to spend my money in the town I live in, instead of giving it to Clinton or Knoxville. 🙂 I will most certainly return!

We tried to order from the drive thru and the girl couldn’t hear us. After raising our voices and repeating our order 5 times, I finally yelled so she could hear me, and she mouthed off at me that there’s no reason for me to raise my voice. I left without finishing my order. They also didn’t have the right sandwich bread or the types of cheese on the menu.
