I placed an order online, and was very disappointed when I got the order home. The sandwiches weren’t toasted as requested, and the chips and cookies were left out of my order. I called the store and spoke with the young lady who prepared the order.
She was very nonchalant about the mistakes with my order, and never apologized.
She told me that I could pickup the missing items for free. I had already paid for the entire order!!!! Very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service!!!!!

Ordered a 6 inch spicy hot honey chicken sandwich, but it is very bland chicken sandwich no taste. $8.75 for a regular small sub with no extras!

Order online regularly as it is the closest to me. Order is rarely ever right. Every single time we show up when the order says it will be ready or after and they are always just starting it. Waited 20 something minutes after it was supposed to be done more than once.

It has been a long time since this Subway has impressed me. Big shout out THANK YOU to Amanda and Dennis who made our sandwiches with a smile and conversation. This has to be the worst subway I’ve ever went to. This is the 2nd time, what I’ve ordered is not what I’ve received. First time my sandwich wasn’t even edible, I threw it in the trash. Today I ordered a pizza sub salad. Had literally everything but the meat in it. $8 salad with no meat. Tried calling 3 times, no answer. I would strongly advise you to not go to this subway.

This has been the best subway experience I have had in a long time. Chris was working by himself and took awesome care of me and my family. Great hard worker, great attitude, and made everything perfect. Chris needs a raise for what he is having to do by himself. If your around and Chris is working he is the man to make your sub.

Was a few people ahead of us when we went in and one worker making the subs. He was friendly and fast both of which is a plus t hese days considering the service you get in some places. We didn’t get his name but he did a great job putting our wraps together and we had our food and pd in no more than 5 minutes. We will definitely be back.

Maybe not the best neighborhood but stopped while traveling I40. This Subway looked clean, the food was neat in the containers(not messy or spilled on counters) and looked and tasted fresh, everything was organized. The dressings were not dripping down the sides. The counters and table tops were clean. The rest room was clean although the lock looked sketchy. We would stop there again.
