Ordered on the app, picked it up and they were out of the drinks and the chips. The sub was missing cheese and did not have the standard amount of ham and turkey. One lady was nice one seemed annoyed to be working.

Poor guy was working by himself when we came in around 9pm. All the blinds in the dinning room were pulled and the open sign had been turned off dispite them being open.

It was kind of questionable if some drug use wasn’t going on prior to us coming in with the employee and the two ladies in the dining room.

The employee was trying really hard to get our order taken care of but didn’t really know the menu and had to keep asking us what we wanted and looking to see what was supose to be on the sandwiches we ordered. We practically had to tell him step by step what was needed next. There was a few mishaps but he got through it. Not 100% if it was a disability or drug use but we ended up with good sandwiches and he gave us a discount for the trouble. He was super sweet, sociable and we appreshated his efforts… but definitely should be working with another employee present.

I waited while the Manager was making a sandwich. She never acknowledged me as I stood in front of her. Then I went to order for the family and she didn’t have what we wanted. I went back to the car to find out what we wanted instead, went back in and she didn’t have that either. It was discontinued! If that was the case, take down t he signs! We ended up eating in the camper!

I stopped by this Subway recently and had one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had at the chain. When the manager asked if I wanted my sandwich “as listed,” I said yes — assuming she meant the standard meat and cheese setup, not the full list of veggies. When I later said I didn’t want lettuce or tomato, she got visibly irritated and spoke to me in a condescending tone, as if I had done something wrong.

Then, when I asked for my peppers to be heated, she made a sarcastic comment about how “weird” that was and questioned if I was sure. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional throughout my order, yet she was suddenly polite and cheerful when helping my girlfriend right after me. It really felt like I was treated differently because I’m a man wearing a Pride pin and earrings, the assumption here was cause I herd her mention it to another customer as we were walking out, something about ‘yeah I know right that kinds earrings? ‘

Subway is supposed to be about customizing your order however you like — that’s the entire point — but this manager made me feel uncomfortable for doing exactly that. Definitely needs retraining on respect and customer service.

I really enjoy the friendly service the manager shannell wiley is really nice friendly and respectful and makes great subs and it’s a real shame that she’s being transferred to the Corbin subway she was the best part of Jellico subway if any subway hire ups see this please leave her at the Jellico subway wouldn’t be the same without her

This is a small location and had only one person working behind the counter. I chose to go to the bathroom first when I saw how long the line was, and I had the choice of that or the gas station. Since gas stations have a bad reputation.for cleanliness, I thought I was making the better choice. This bathroom was disgusting. It was sticky and wet, the only toilet paper roll was on the floor, and when I went after earing there were two dead cockroaxhes on the floor. I almost vomited my lunch. The girl behind the counter was doing pretty decent and the wait did not bother me until one of her buddies came in to pick up an online order and instead of just completing it and moving on to her growing line of customers, she started bantering this make deiend about how the person ordering needed to come in and make the food herself, and that the orders did not have the correct breads listed, etc. All the while, her line of customers just continued to grow.

This Subway location is above-average. Bathrooms, kitchen, and dining area was clean. Sandwich-artists were generous with vegetable portions (per request). Veggies were cold, crunchy, and fresh! Should have ordered a foot long.
Don’t forget the gooey chocolate chip cookies–they can be toasted too!

Would leave less than 1 star if able. Sit in the drive thru for 10 minutes then pulled around to the window. Inside crew just stood there giggling to each other. Said lobby was full couldn’t take my order at the window, there were 4 people at the counter. I had to drive back around?
