Couldn’t order off app because the card readers were down so had to order in store the exact same order I had rang in the mobile app my order was$25 but after going inside the employee proceeds to charge me $50 for the exact same order and wouldn’t you m ow it there card reader was working so I had to pay $50 for $25 worth of food.. if your hungry eat anywhere but here they will just scam you and charge you extra. When it was brought to the employee attention how much he charged he said he didn’t care and his manager wouldn’t tell me the same thing…

Went in to pick up my mobile order had the confirmation number and all and dude said he had no order for me and they have to cancel your order to get your money back and I was there about 5 minutes before my order was supposed to be finished and dude said he couldn’t cancel my order I would have to and there was no option for me to do that so here I am out 16 dollars for food i didn’t receive and you call them they don’t answer the phone this is definitely some shitty business I want be returning to this store……does anyone have corporate number or main managers name and number seems they need someone there that enjoys there job and has repect to there customers

Idk who owns this, but if you think I’m coming in here to pay you $14 plus tax for a foot long SANDWICH you are mistaken. If I have a coupon I’ll be back otherwise I can go to Longhorn in Morristown and get a steak bp and a salad and bread for $18 tax included. This is really price gouging at its finest. The manager is awesome she saved me walking out the door with a coupon

We went for the first time a couple of weeks ago. This location is clean and the employees were nice and clean, too! However, the food just did not taste good. My Italian bread on my sub was not baked all the way and was “gooshy.” Tasted like play dough. The dippers were too touch to chew. I tried to contact the corporate but did not get a response. So, here I am instead. I had high hopes from other reviews but likely will not try them again as the problems vs. the cost just aren’t worth taking a chance again.

The flat bread is thin now like a tortilla. I got a flat bread 2 times to make sure it wasn’t just a bad bake but it was still very thin after waiting 2 weeks to go back. That is not the normal flatbread they have always had. Plus they didn’t even cut the sandwich. Very unimpressed and don’t plan on coming back. The cashier was very sweet as always.

Ordered two footlongs. The bread was hard, the sandwiches were so sloppy made. The guy that made our sandwiches was very polite. He just doesn’t know how to put the sandwiches together. Very sloppy and very hard to eat I was so disappointed when I got home with them. I have had bad experiences before with this Subway. It has been several months, so I thought I would try again. May be several months before I go back.

My most recent order at Subway in Jefferson City, Tennessee was an absolute disaster. I have been a long-standing customer with this particular restaurant but after this order I refuse to go back. Upon receiving my order I noticed right away that the order was nowhere near correct. I called the restaurant to speak with a manager and was told by an employee that his manager was not there, that he took off whenever he wanted to during his 8-hour shift. I was told to call back sometime. So I waited about 30 minutes and called back, got a hold of Jeff the manager and proceeded to tell him that my order was incorrect and inform him of what his employee said about him taking off all the time during his shift. Jeff proceeds to start yelling at me and telling me that I would not put him down for taking his breaks. I tried to explain to Jeff three times that I was not putting him down, I was merely stating what his employee had said about him and that it was not good to inform customers that he was taking off whenever he felt like it. He continued yelling at me so finally I told him, I did not call you to argue. I called you to get my order corrected. He proceeded to put my name on a list so I can come in at my convenience and get my order redone and at this point I asked him for his regional managers contact info. He stated he would contact her and have her call me, which he did and upon talking to her she said she would investigate this situation. I do not appreciate being yelled at and accused of saying something that I did not say. To me this is bad business practice for your employees to states such things and for the manager to be yelling at a customer over the phone.

I’ve ordered online thru the app twice now. The first time I never got my food as they sent it to the wrong subway. This time the app says my order is done but b it’s not cause the prep cold cuts aren’t preped the was supposed to be ready 15 mins ago. Im on hospice and can’t stand around waiting for food cause it causes pain. Messes up my insulin and my pancreatic enzymes. So disappointed….. again.

Ordered online went to pick up my order took it home opened it to eat and both sandwiches were made incorrectly so I drove back over there and showed the older woman that was there making the sandwiches. I spoke to at first she argued that she did not make them wrong then after staring at your seat for about a minute, she finally realized that she had. So she demanded the other sandwiches back and disgruntley remade the sandwiches. I heard her walk to the back and slam a door before coming back upfront to finish remaking the food. I waited for them to be remade even giving them the receipt so they knew exactly what was supposed to to be on the sandwiches upon returning home I opened them up to see both sandwiches had been made wrong for a second time in a row

The manager needs to know what customer service is. With an online order of 5 sandwiches and two customers with two sandwiches each in front of me I ordered a meatball sub toasted. I told him I wanted nothing else on it. He could have rung me up. Instead, it sat there, got cold and soggy. He never helped his associate to finish making those 9 sandwiches, instead, he goes and checks temps and inventory while standing there 20 minutes. I mentioned this to him and told me that he takes the customers in order and had an attitude about it. I understand that but he either should have helped the other guy and check temps later and put customers first or hire extra help. Very unprofessional. I don’t spend my hard earned money on bad service and cold meatball sandwiches. I’ll never go back to Jefferson City Subway!! Sorry management!! The associate was understanding and was on my side telling me that’s how the manager is.
