Ordered with the app, food is delicious however the order was messed up again, first time I was like well whatever they probably just read it wrong cause it’s a newer sub. Was supposed to be steak and the pickles and sauce were wrong on the other.

I had an online order I placed hours in advance when I arrived there was one employee. He had not started my order yet which was fine but I ended up sitting there for almost 30 minutes and there was a manager in the back doing nothing to help this poor employee. When I opened my order back home every single sandwiches was mad completely wrong. I do not blame that employee completely. He should have had help.

I will never eat at subway again. $14 for a sub on a wrap. I could of went to applebees and got a steak dinner for same price of cheaper. Also girl who made wrap had zero personality. What happened to customer service? Subway definitely not getting anymore off my money.

We were going through the drive through and some of our coupons were discontinued at this location not all just the 6.99 meal of the day, 17.99 for 3 footlongs and bogos
But the dude running the drive through(52566) was so nice and told us and showed us which coupons we wouldn’t be able to use and answer our questions and cut out our coupon for us! He was sooo nice!

Personal interested important here they don’t care if you stand in line they make other people food first and not recommending if you have some self respect for yourself. Don’t even make order right . Ask manager and answer from manager I have lots of other thing going on talk me later. @subwaycorporate

It may be that the app and restaurant aren’t in synch, but when orders are placed the app can’t tell if the store is missing ingredients and forwards the progress of your order regardless of what’s actually happening in the kitchen. I waited for 20 minutes for the app to say my order was ready, only to arrive and find that they didn’t have meatballs at the store and had to wait for them to refund the order.
Also, this location does not honor all of the deals on the app. If you can go to a different spot, I would recommend that.

Hey, I was there earlier today and Cassandra who was working and someone else was there too, that other girl made my sandwich later cause she was taking other customer but Cassandra was just standing there in the back and would not make my sandwiches and would gossip about me to other lady who was working there. This is not the first time she has done this but I was silent that time but now I would like this matter to go to corporate I don’t know what problem she have with me but she’s crazy, racist. Also my bread was raw, they had more fresh bread but did not give it to me

My sister went to this store with a coupon around 5 pm on 6/17/23. The cashier would not take her coupon and accused her that she uses the same coupon multiple times. I am attaching the coupon as it was never used before. She could either scan the barcode or manually enter the code to verify it. She refused to make her sandwich. How can Subway hire someone with such an ill attitude? I’m taking this matter to the corporate.
