I mobile ordered my sandwich and when I got there no one was at the front, I had to get my own chips and drink when they were supposed to be ready. Once I got home and opened my sandwich there was basically no lettuce even though I added extra, there was no oil and vinegar and no Parmesan cheese. This is the worst experience and worst sandwich I’ve had at any subway.

Place is just eh, Walked in at lunch, one employee is making food the other is eating his lunch in the lobby, no one else was in the store. We were not greeted when we walked in and treated like a inconvenience.

I’m not sure what is going on at this location in Corryton but they never have any meat.
I’ve asked at Subways and they never have a problem with a meat shortage.
I feel sorry for the kids that work there because it’s not their fault that the manager seems incompetent.
Went in at 415 today and the only meat they had was chicken and ham. No steak, no meatball, no bacon, 3 pieces of pepperoni, no turkey. This at 4pm before the dinner crowd had even started to show up.
I surely hope this problem is addressed.
It’s completely pathetic. If it was once I wouldn’t comment but this has been going on for 6-8 weeks at this location in Corryton.
The employees deserve to have the ingredients available to make the sandwiches that are advertised.

Bread is always as hard as stone. Gave them three different chances. Last meal was over $50 total and it was like biting into a tree limb. Definitely using month old loaves here. Horrible management as well. Steer clear of their petrified bread factory. Save your teeth!!!!

Somebody should report this Subway. This place does not honor the codes for free subs and discounts, although they’re legally bound to. I’m sure if you reported them to corporate they would be fined heavily. I don’t have the energy for it but hopefully someone does. It’s amazing they’re even in business. Everybody around here knows how bad they are.

So far 3 of my visits to this Subway has been great. Except the dozen of cookies I bought. It was close to closing time and the young man working told me and my partner they were fresh. They were extremely hard. Even microwaving them did not help. We thought about bringing it to there attention but busy schedules make it hard. So I do not recommend the cookies at this particular Subway.

My experience ordering at this location are either hit or miss, and a recent app order was a major miss. Two subs literally served on moldy, stale bread! I didn’t want to waste the meat and toppings, so I had to remake the sandwiches on regular white bread. Money down the drain for something I could’ve just made at home. Whoever thought it was OK to try to sicken their own customers should be fired!

12/14/23- there was a guy with dreads and a new guy with long hair working. What stood out most to me was not just the incredible communication but the praise and encouragement from dread guy to the new guy. Service was great, sandwich was great and I really appreciated the positive environment being created there. Keep up the great work guys! I wish I had gotten your names!

I just experienced the worst customer service of my entire life. I wanted to order the Boss footlong on Italian herbs and cheese. The restaurant was out of pepperoni, so I substituted for another topping. The worker did not know what cheese to even put on the Boss. They were out of banana peppers which are my favorite, and a number of other toppings. I was told that the banana peppers were still on the truck? I also asked for a bag for my sub and chips and I was told that there was a recall. So it’s safe to say my sandwich is very lackluster at this point. This is fine, I’ve had similar experiences similar to this one at this same location. However I was essentially scammed using the tip system. I use a Visa card with a chip that allows you to tap the screen. However when I tapped my card, a tip screen flashed and immediately went away, which I found had actually tipped the worker without my consent upon reading my receipt. When I brought this up to the worker, he made it seem as if I was cheap/in the wrong for not wanting to tip. So he called his manager over and they could not figure out how to reimburse my card, so I received two crumpled up one dollar bills. I try to save money by going to subway and use coupons sent to me in the mail. I am currently unemployed and have no income, so any money taken from me hurts. I was completely collected until I was scammed by the tip system. I cannot go back to any subway franchise location, which hurts as this location is less than 2 miles away from my residence. I am all for workers receiving better pay, however this should result from better management, not scamming customers.

If I could give this place zero star’s I would.First off they are slow so if you want fast service don’t go on you’re lunch break. Then she decided to just literally throw the meats on the bread to the point they where only half way on the bread. Then I asked for banana peppers and black olives she put 4 of each on there literally so I asked for a little more and she then said she wasn’t allowed. I could understand if I was asking for more cheese or something of that nature but why even ask for banana peppers and olives if that’s all you will get absolutely very disappointed and will never eat at this subway again
