We still had an hour before they closed and the employee acted as if we walked in in 5 minutes left to close, he was very rude kept huffing and puffing like we were just all in his way act like we were stopping him from closing. And I asked him to toast my sandwich he did not like that then I finally got my food and I Sat down at the table and I felt very uncomfortable And unwanted there It wasn’t pleasant at all. I was scared to even ask him for extra teriyaki sauce because I didnt want to piss him off even more

Very rude people, and plus didn’t get my food or money back. I put an order online (earlier that day -it gave me a time frame and everything) and they claim that I didn’t even pay nor did they receive it, and I clearing got a receipt where I paid and I screenshot the receipt and they still wouldn’t help me! I WOULDN’T recommend them!

There is no rating to give for the store. They are rude. When you try to call in a pick up order. I was told to go online or use the app and hung up on. I get here and it’s a complete disaster. The store was dirty and again the employees and the manager was very rude and disrespectful. They refuse to give me any type of a corporate number or a district manager number and tell me it can be found on the website I have looked and I’m trying to find that Because obviously they don’t want people to know I seen one person with their glove on white sweat off of their face with the back of their hand and continue to make food. I did not pay for my order. I told them after that that I didn’t want it because I didn’t know if it had someone sweat or any other bodily fluids or hair or God knows what.

6/3/21 – *update* This location has new employees, & is very shorthanded even during lunch & dinner rushes. The new kid is a bit slow but got my order right so I don’t mind being extra patient. The store was slighty messy, but I just missed the lunch rush so no biggie.
2016 – I didn’t have time to pack a lunch today, so here I am. Props to the ladies that finished my order in 5 minutes! This location has a drivethru!

I have been picking up catering meals here for the past year for my work. The staff here have always gone above and beyond to help me with my orders. In the four I have done (the last with 25 box lunches) every single sandwich was there, receipt in tow, and they ALWAYS help me carry it to my car. From dropping off the paper with my order on it to pick up, these people do such a wonderful job. I can’t thank you all enough for making something that stresses me out not so hard. If you need a catered lunch for your business/organization, this Subway is a great pick. Thank you guys!!!

The food, the atmosphere, and the service was all amazing Paul has been there for two years. The man knows what he’s doing. He is an excellent worker in the same thing with Curtis. I’ve been there for three days, but the man is killing it. Both of them definitely deserve a raise and most of them are excellent people I will definitely be telling everyone I know about Paul and Curtis at subway in Clinton. Can’t wait to come back again
