These sandwiches weren’t just good. They were perfection.You don’t learn that in training — that’s a gift.
I genuinely had to sit for a moment and reflect on my life choices. Like… how have I been walking around this Earth eating regular sandwiches when this existed? You restored my faith in fast food, humanity, and possibly the entire Subway franchise.
If you ever see this — please know you made someone’s whole week. You didn’t just make lunch; you made a memory.

Whenever I go into the store I always order sauce on the side they never asked if I want it on the sub at all it’s just always in a container on the side with none on the sub. I ordered online and put in the comments that I wanted sauce on the side. I opened it and it’s dripping with sauce in the middle of the sub. I have never ever had a sub that had sauce in the middle. I called the store and the manager said oh I just thought you wanted extra sauce on the side, she refused to refund my money unless I brought the subs back and I’m 10 miles away so I have inedible subs because there’s so much sauce dripping out the middle that it makes me nauseous.
I will never go to this Subway again.

Every time I try to order here they are always out of everything plus they now no longer take the coupons that the company sends out which is ridiculously stupid on managements parts. I hope corporate is looking at these and sees that this subway is getting them a lot of angry customers to stop going there.

Come to this store occasionally and always use the coupons sent out on a regular basis. Today I tried to use my normal 3 foot longs for $17.99 that expires in mid-August. The person running the counter indicated that they do not accept this coupon anymore, which makes no sense if your corporate is sending these out every month. They did say they still accept the 2 foot long coupon, however I only tore out the one I intended to use. Asked if she would be able to ring me up for the 2 foot longs coupon since this was a clear shock to me and she didn’t even hesitate with a quick “no”. Lost my business, as subway is way too expensive without the regular coupons they send out to make it affordable.

The reasons I’m giving this Subway a five-star where I would never give a Subway restaurant a five-star unless they went over above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of personally professionally and his best as possible and I will say this they have an employee by the name of Addie. The first time I went in there she helped me sort out the app which was incredible as I was lost tbh. Then on my second trip here she remembered me not by name but recognition all the same which is crucial to me especially when judging a restaurant so from me to you Addy 5 stars over above and beyond the call of service. This reflects back to the mgmnt that made sure that this person was trained appropriately so 5 starts for seeing a very important person that could help take this company far if given the right opportunities along the way Thank you Subway and Thank you Addy. We used the app on our second trip here and great experience would highly recommend but, don’t take my word for it try it out yourself and let Addy know that you came in because of this review. I go to this location pretty often, I usually like the staff and the food. However, this time, after a long 12 hour shift, I chose this, and the first half was good, then I take a bite out of the second half and find there was a hair strand in my food. It couldn’t have been mine since I had it all in a ponytail plus it was actually in the sandwich. It made me gag and couldn’t finish.

Slow Slow Slowest service ever. Two customers in line just walked out. Tables were not cleaned properly. The beverage area was wet and messy. The floor had dropped straws and lids that needed to be cleaned up. They don’t even offer a senior discount to their customers. Just keep driving on to find a better place.

They have deleted several sandwiches and cheese, seems only meats are ham, turkey, chicken and cold bacon with grease and they ask IF you want bacon heated, duh who wants cold precooked bacon with solid lard on it, they got rid of fresh mozzarella and capicolla ham, the lettuce was brown, pickles and cucumbers were frozen. They have added another add on item sooner or later sandwiches will be pre-made so staff don’t have to make anything because lady that finished mine didn’t have a clue.
