Horribly understaffed, so a long wait. That lone employee was a trooper though. He kept working and our sammiches were good. It was warm inside and the smell of fresh baked bread is so good. Update: we like to order with the app, but if you cannot follow the written instructions of my order, then it doesn’t matter if the food is fresh or the staff are nice. Go somewhere else is my recommendation.

Walked in at 6:50pm on a Friday, doors were unlocked no one to be found. Waited for five minutes, still no one came in or to the front. Absolutely the worse subway in kingsport. The owner should not have a location. They don’t care about their employees or costumers at all. Will never eat here again. Me and my family spend around $150 a month at subway. Not anymore.

Walked in the store and stood there for 5 minutes. No one was in the store. Walked out and noticed the employee was in the vape shop. I asked him if he worked at Subway and If I could please get a sandwich. This is his statement to me. ” No Sir ” I said that’s fine I’ll eat somewhere else. He was too busy vaping to run the store. I will never go back to this store.

This is the best Subway I’ve been to. There is a girl that works there, Taquila, and she is the best. She actually makes the sandwich like she’s going to be the one to eat it. I leave other Subways most of the time thinking “do they train these people to make the sandwich in the worst way possible” with all the meat crammed in the middle making the bread soggy. But, at this location, this woman knows how to make a sandwich. Great job girl!!

Ordered a Black Forest ham with Monterey cheddar cheese, add bacon, lettuce, pickles and extra mayo on a Hearty multi grain sub bread. Was very good. Loved the effort put into my sandwich. Will be back soon

I would give it a zero if I could. Dining area not clean. Meat looked like it had been out to long. Veggies definitely wilted. My sandwich was terrible. Staff stand offish.

Sandwiches were good and made to our specifications. However, the staff made the visit poor. Not friendly, seemed like they didn’t want to be there, tables were dirty. I won’t be revisiting this location again. Customer service and friendliness go a long way.

This has got to be the best subway I’ve gone to. Clean table, food was absolutely fresh, I’ve never had bread as soft as here and the rest of the sandwich stuff was amazing be better if all subways took notes on these guys
