I go to this specific store 3 to 4 times a week, David and Kat are absolutely amazing, they are pleasant, and and really care about their customers, I dont get that at any other subway, that is why this is the only one in town I go to and tell everyone I know to go there, if it wasn’t for Dave and Kat, it would just be any other crappy subway

Got a footlong Club to go for lunch. Nicolas was a sandwich artist! He was friendly, attentive and made a great sandwich. I highly recommend this location, it was a great experience.

Ordered a footlong for pickup today. Got home and the tuna sandwich is SO soggy. It is also missing 7 of the 9 toppings that were ordered. Called the store 5 times to see if they can make another to pickup or get a refund. No answer. Called an 800 number with subway and no live person to talk to. Very disappointed with the service and the food. Money wasted and no service to correct. Looks like Jersey Mike’s will get my future business.

I stopped going to Subway years ago because the food went downhill but I deicided to give it another try tonight and it’s even worse than I can remember. The rotisserie chicken tasted eerily similar to canned chicken. The bread was stale and lacked freshness. The portion sizes were ridiculously small. The sandwich was barely filled, leaving me feeling hungry and unsatisfied. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to Subway. There are far better options available.

Did an order on the app today 11/04 and it processed but when I went to pick up my order the store was freaking closed. I mean lights off and door locked with no explanation. Now I am going to have to fight to get my money back. Had to go to another Subway and resubmit my order. Not the first time this particular Subway has had issues. DONE WITH THIS STORE. They lost my business. We usually do Subway once a month and it’s usually a good size order of $50 or higher.
UPDATE: Manager David called me first thing on 11/06. Apologized, stated store is closed due to maintenance issues. Giving me refund of order.

Anytime i come in they are complaining why they are behind. Rude employees. Flipping customers off behind their back if they walk off because they’re upset about something this in front of other customers it might add it was the manager that did it.

Sandwich good drink choice lacking. No Coca-Cola and was told they had to wait until the Coke man arrived. Tea brewer sat there without a lid no tea. No cookies available. Understand if place was busy but no one else was there. Dining area was clean. Visit was at 12:15 on a Saturday. But at least this location was open. Went to another one in Kingsport and it was closed with no explanation.

Placed an online order at 6 for the subs to be picked up at 6:45. When I arrived the subs had not even been started. Waited for another 20 minutes while the subs were being prepared. The subs were not right even after all that. Had many missing ingredients on each sub and the person making the sub was not wearing a mask. Will not be eating there ever again.

Raining and yucky outside with the scare of CORVID -19 making several people understandably nervous. I came in Subway this morning around 9am. BETH, was there to greet me with a huge bright smile in her face. She briefed me on what subway was doing to help with the pandemic hitting so close to home. She took my order and happy, and respectful to me. My sandwich was amazing even though my unborn child did not agree. The dining area is very clean and the bathroom is immaculate. Beth stopped and spoke to me and helped make my visit more enjoyable. I thank Subway for hiring Beth, she made my day better and made me feel very welcome. I will soooo come back and eat here again!!! Thank you BETH!!
