I was going to give it a 4 star because they do like to tell you your sandwich may not taste good if you add this item, but I think they are trying to help out. All of my sandwiches have been good, and the employees are the best. It’s always clean, there is a seating area that is easy to miss if you don’t look.

The staff is very friendly and the store is clean. The management however is terrible and I wouldn’t recommend working at this particular store. Im pregnant and have been disrespected by management on several occasions as far as lifting heavy things or not getting a chance to eat. I’ve also witnessed management make a snide remark to a maybe 7 or 8 year old girl who was telling her mom what she wanted saying “if you can talk to her why can’t you talk to me” and the girl was obviously shy. The food and employee base is excellent but I would avoid management at ALL COSTS. I have screenshots.of how I have been treated if anyone interested in applying to this store would like to see them.

Your employees should really try and refrain from cussing so much. I was in line waiting for my sub and the guy with name tag Darrian was cussing every other word to whomever was working with him and my daughter heard every single word he was saying. This is definitely a bad look for you all

Worst experience ever. Went in to get 3 sandwiches for me, and 2 others and the entire time the employee ranted about how busy and ridiculous it was and how he only got paid minimum wage. Making us all feel like a nusiance. I had my small yorkie with me who I take everywhere, fully registered and everything. Rather than walk her in on a leash I put her in my purse carrier. The employee then preceded to tell me if anyone came in upset about her that I’d have to take her to my car or leave. When I told him I had all her papers and everything he responded that only “actual disabilities count” like blindness etc. very hurt I just proceeded to order my food as usual letting the other store employee for the gas station(the 2 are combined) know that she had papers and I’ve never had anything like that said to me. The gas station employee was very nice and understanding. However whoever was opening the subway in there was rude and obviously had no respect. Will never go back in there again and advise others to not either
