As the only person in the store and only one order it was still made wrong. My husband ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki, ask or it to be heated not toasted. She put it in the microwave…never heated it. Apparently 5 pieces of spinach, a few banana peppers and a dab of sweet onion sauce cold is what you get. And we weren’t given the correct receipt…we ended up with some poor doordash drivers receipt. Very disappointed. A waste of 13.24$ won’t be back to this location.
As a side note we tried to call multiple times once we made it home but no one ever answered.

We ordered 2 subs and a wrap. Both subs were made incorrectly. One sub had ONE piece of meat, ONE piece of cheese, and three tomatoes. The other sub had awful quality of meat and no dressing. The wrap made my daughter and me sick. I tried calling last night, this morning, this afternoon, and this evening, but nobody ever even picked up the phone. $45 down the drain.

The sub was good of course, like any other sub from any other subway…there was a sweet young lady there making my sub, and an older gentleman who was nodding off, not working, then snapped at the poor girl towards the end of the sub line for something minor and trivial…seemed like he was on something

Walked into this subway needing a quick snack, waited for about 15 minutes before I got served (given there were only 2 employees and a family in front of me)- no problem. Michael finally took my order and started putting meat that I didn’t ask for and I told him I never said that- he changed it. No problem again, it’s cool.
However, after my first sandwich was made up, I said I needed to order another one to which he said “Please don’t do that again” and something about telling him upfront all the sandwiches so I can get through the line quick, which I understood but kinda rude.
I understand it may have been a rough day but do not take it out on the next person ordering!

Not only did we wait 30ish minutes but the bread was burnt all to hell the guy was cussing saying he was gonna quit worst sub I’ve ever eaten from here by far tastes like char. 2 subs burnt with a long wait and paid 26 bucks insane

I went in to get a small sub combo since it was on my way. The main server was a guy named Jay, but he seemed very spacey and out of it. I told him I wanted a six inch Italian bread, and he grabs the Italian herbs and cheese. When I corrected him, he couldn’t find he bread at first, probably thinking I wanted an Italian sub which is a fair misconception. It took another server to get the bread out, and after telling Jay what I wanted I was rung up by the other guy and paid for it. After which, Jay looked at the receipt which had printed off, and then started to ring me up again.
Overall, not satisfied with the service and probably won’t come back any time soon.

Good food waited in drive thru for over 20 minutes went inside and they were actually laughing and talking about how the people in the drive thru were gonna be waiting a long time there was 2 people working and 3 people in line including myself. Either way I just wanted to take the extra time outta my day to say another establishment needs to be put in this location one that can run a drive thru and serve walk ins. Micheal was working he’s the problem.
