It’s fine here until you ask for anything and then they are rude. They NEVER have the pizza. I have had several subways defrost a pizza for me then cook it so I asked if she could. She went on and on and lied about it being a violation of food and safety ( its not ) and then proceeded to do it for me. She burned it. I didn’t even argue with her. I just asked it she could and informed her its been done for me before then listened to her rant and roll her eyes.

Delicious sandwiches, at a reasonable price. The worker inside was super fast and he was pleasant to speak with. The store was clean and had plenty of parking. I’ll upload some pictures to show the store. At night time it can be hard to see the entrance to thr parking lot.

There is an older lady who works there, every time I go in and she is there, she has been HATEFULL to me EVERYTIME. I brought in 2 coupons and she dint even use them.. I them proceeded to ask why the price was more then it should have been and asked her if she scanned the coupons she lied and said yes. So when I got in the car headed home I looked. And she did NOT use either coupon!!
I tried to call and ask why, she wouldn’t answer the phone.
She was very rude when asking what I wanted and I would try to tell her and she would cut me off!!
Over all VERYYYY dissatisfied, and tbh won’t be back because I don’t like being lied to and treated badly by hen I’m super sweet and nice. And I normally tip ALOT because I know how it is working there but will NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION, unless she is gone

I love Subway! I ordered online, my dipper was still hot and fresh! Tuna sandwich is amazing as always! And the cookies! My favorite. I love everything about Subway on Oakland Ave!

Used to be my favorite location now it’s one of the worst. Whoever does the hiring needs to pay more attention as almost every employee has a bad attitude, closes the store early, looks dirty, constantly running out of stuff cause apparently they can’t prep more when they run out. I would say needs new employees but after atleast 3 years of the same issues out of every employee I’ve encountered. I’d say it needs new management at this point.

Andy and Tyler are always so nice and fast. Every time I come it is always super clean and the food is nicely prepped. I have other subways closer to where I live, but I will drive out further for better quality and service. I preferred the old interior better as the new one looks like an office break room, but I know that is not the employees fault.
