I Ordered the footlong chocolate chip cookie, along with two sandwiches, via DoorDash. I received the “double chocolate peppermint cookie”. This is not offered as an option to order via DoorDash or the Subway website for online ordering. A quick google search told me this cookie was available Nov 1st-Dec 31st. 55 days passed the item even being available. Absolutely unacceptable.

Oh dear lord. Worst ….. ABSOLUTELY absent of words for the lady who made our sandwiches. PATTI. We noticed here being extremely focused on the customers sandwich in front of us. It looked as if she was picking something out but it took like 5 mins cause she dazed out. Then it took at least 5 mins to cut the bread. She toasted it without really asking. Well she asked after sh put the meat on. And then she started dazing off again. And I started laughing. That seemed to irritate her. She stated she was reading. But the counter is glass. She was reading our souls maybe. HOWEVER THE 2 guys seemed friendly and also confused by her too. She seemed to be on some sort of drug. But yeahhhhhhh

The person who posted the mint double chocolate cookie, we haven’t had those cookies since the promotion ended. I threw them all away when it ended. Also, my store doesn’t carry those sleeves that it is in. Our footlong sleeves are different. The lady who said the store closed early, the lobby closes at 9pm & it’s drive through only til 10pm. There are signs on both door that say this. Those signs have been there for a couple years. The customer who posted the meat & cheese sandwich picture, your build ticket next to the sandwich says meat and cheese on it.

I’m not sure if the issue is with this subway or their delivery partner but I used the app to ordered two meals and drinks and the drinks were left out. No way to file a claim through the subway app and numerous attempts to call the restaurant went unanswered.

The female working today that has a lip ring is extremely rude, and seemed to be annoyed that she had to get up from a table where she was on her phone to make a sandwich. It appeared she was more interested in earning her paycheck playing on her phone than doing her job

Employees are always nice. They work fast and listens to what you want carefully. Love the herbs and cheese bread toasted with ham and turkey, pepper jack cheese and toppings. Always the perfect amount of toppings on each sandwich!

I go after I pick my daughter up from work and get there at 930 or 940. There closing time claims to be 10 pm but the doors are always locked with the open sign still on. There’s always an employee there but she just looks at us through the window and shakes her head no. These women are very rude and if you want to lock the doors at 9 or 930 then change y’all’s closing time and turn the damn sign off. Bad business.

Don’t go here. The owner is greedy and doesn’t accept coupons. They overcharge on subs and extra meat and cheese. I compared prices and they’re charging $13 for a sub that’s $9 elsewhere. Double meat is $4 vs the regular $3. Their drive thru is down a lot too.
