If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Subway.
First of all there were actual bugs. Not one random fly you can ignore, but multiple small insects around the prep area. Watching food being made anywhere near that was enough to completely kill my appetite. Cleanliness should be the bare minimum at a restaurant, and this location clearly does not meet it.
On top of that, the staff’s attitude was just as bad as the sanitation. No greeting, no eye contact, and when I politely asked a question about toppings, I was met with visible annoyance. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by simply ordering food.
Between the hygiene issues and the unprofessional behavior, I won’t be returning. Management seriously needs to address both cleanliness and customer service before someone gets sick or this place earns an even worse reputation.
Avoid this location.

They didn’t have the bread in warmers, and was out of 3 kinds as well.. alot of veggies weren’t stocked and what was looks dried out. No chips, no drink lids, straws,etc…very disappointing…update. very clean, friendly dastardly and a large order that was patiently made..the guy working did an excellent job! Loved it! a complete 180!

1 person working on a Friday night! The employee was working on a online order when I walked in around 6PM. Started my order as well as finished the online order. Online orders coming in sounding the alarm while people were lined up almost to the door. I felt so bad for this employee. The employee advised that, they worked alone every night that they are scheduled. This is so wrong!! I don’t know who this Franchise owner is but this won’t make your business grow. Also, they don’t take the coupons that I had because it causes them to loose money. Lost my business.

The owner of this store only wants your money. Doesn’t honor subway coupons so he can charge you double for sandwiches. I’m going to tellico grains for sandwiches before I pay 40 for 3 at subway. I can pay just as much or less at tellico grains and the food, service, and atmosphere are so much greater.

Don’t place an order online, they don’t make it until you get there, even though you paid already online. When you get there, they tell you they had too many customers and not enough staff to fill the order.
I said, “You should have made my order that was placed 30 minutes ago, before the customer who just came in front of me, that’s only fair.”
They said, “Our boss tells us to take care of the people in front of us first, even if there’s older online orders.” I said that’s not fair, they shrugged.
I don’t blame the kids behind the bar making the sandwiches, I blame bad training and poor management and owners that just don’t care. I’m not the only one to make this complaint, read the reviews.

Ordered from DoorDash and waited an hour and a half until my wife (due exactly a week from the day we ordered) got too hungry and went to get it myself. They made the sandwich fresh for us because of how long it had to sit out and were absolutely amazing. The order not getting delivered was the fault of DoorDash, NOT the Subway. I appreciate them so much for everything they did for us, and will be eating here much more in the future.

We arrived for dinner, but the lady didn’t want to let us in, even though they were supposed to be open for another hour and a half. When we came back the next day, we found out she had some health issues, which is why she closed early. This has never happened to me anywhere else – I have understanding for women, but this seems too much.

Quality was actually good, service was the star! I had ordered online for pick up, got there and after waiting behind a man that was intentionally slow I find that our order hadn’t been received. She apologized and explained that it has been happening randomly a lot. She prepared the food (one footlong steak and cheese and one salad with tuna). My son who is special needs ordered and she was extremely polite and helpful with him as he is a low talker. Only complaint is there was no tea made.

Never was disappointed. Usually we order dinner subs and are always satisfied when we were done. No complaints here. Service is always good, friendly, and hospitable. They always greet you when you’re walking through the door.
