ZERO STARS IF I COULD. I had a very disappointing experience here. From the moment I arrived, I was not acknowledged while others were, and I felt judged and looked at negatively simply because of the color of my skin. No one deserves to be treated this way. Businesses should value respect and inclusivity it’s 2025 and people still treat other like this disappointing.

Amazingly SPOTLESS!!!!! Absolutely the best subway I’ve ever been to. The gentleman who served my family was so quick and polite. Definitely will come back. Wish I had taken pictures inside. Also all of the ingredients are fresh and our order was correct!

Terrible experience with Lilly at Subway. I have a strict diet due to health issues and a food allergy to jalapeños, and my son has special needs. Instead of being understanding or respectful, Lilly was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She made snide comments under her breath about my son, which is absolutely unacceptable. Her attitude was dismissive, and she acted like we were an inconvenience just for asking for safe, specific food options. This kind of behavior has no place in customer service. Subway should seriously reevaluate who they allow to represent their brand.

Not sure if subway will care about this situation happen with me on july 29, I been told by young girl DON’T COME BACK MEXICAN, Now I WASN’T asking for ANY free food or ANY extra topin or ANY extra discount! Just got actitud since I got inside, hopefully the store have cámara to review what happen the morning on how young girl throw the sandwich I say don’t want after her actitud just got what my son ask me to get him, you can see when I back after she say don’t came back MEXICAN, she say something else. However for anyone México isn’t the only country who’s speak Spanish, However I always when to the store and order for my son and never got this service before until Tuesday july 29! Had surgery and not allowed to drive for a few days. Ordered and it is .8 miles from my house. After an hour and 15 mins, I called and politely checked status. The woman started talking about cookies and I explained I had no cookies – just a 6 inch and a bag of Doritos. She said the DoorDash guy was there and she was giving it to him. He showed up at my door and was very polite, but it was not my order. It was a bag with two or three sandwiches and a bunch of chips and some cookies. Not even the sandwiches I had ordered. He went back to the store and had them make the correct sandwich and bring it back to me. When he got back to the subway, the woman who got the wrong order, was there waiting on the order that was being erroneously delivered to me. None of this was his fault, so I felt compelled to tip him additional money for how kind and helpful he was.
Meanwhile, knowing that all this had gone on and was such a mess, no one from the subway bothered to call me and offer me a partial refund or a free sandwich or anything. I will not be going back here and I wouldn’t recommend it. I absolutely understand that mistakes happen and the woman and I did have similar names – but not addresses or ordered … But the appropriate thing to do would have been to refund some or all of my money or to offer me a free sandwich or something to make up for all of this nonsense.

First of all the vegetables in the case looked like it had been there a while the lettuce was brown the tomatoes were hard the green peppers just looked awful. It didn’t look good at all. They need to do a better job then that.

It is a nice, clean, franchise location, with a very nice owner. I happened to have met the owner on multiple occasions, who had to make subs because this location is infested with unprofessional and rude staff which they had to fire. So for a brief period of time, they had one worker for day shifts with the owner of this location pitching in. Since then they have hired new staff, but you might want to watch them because they have messed up a sandwich or two before on accident. Yummy sandwiches.

I had a great experience at Subway. I brought my sons here, we had great hot toasted sandwiches. They split a meatball sub i had a spicy Italian. Sebastian was fantastic, respectful and took time to recommend the fresh mixed juices which we tried. Strawberry lemonade was delicious and different than stire bought stuff. He said they mix it fresh every morning I believe it. It was a socially distanced conscious but relaxing at the same time. Thanks!
