The workers are friendly. But recently we’re finding lowered quality of service and unavailability of products. We’ve been at the window calling the store, watching the workers standing around and talking. But they won’t pick up the phone to take an order. An in-store visit is required. They regularly run out of basics, like meatballs or chocolate chip cookies. They said “we only make cookies in the morning.” Given that cookies only take about 12 minutes to bake it seems a customer could wait for the order. The answer to that was “well, they have to cool, too.” Again, how long could it take? The time of day doesn’t seem to matter. We’ve gone in at 6:00 p.m. and have been told “we just ran out of… (name any product).” And we hear the same thing at noon. They begin breaking down well before closing time now so if an item isn’t still in place it can’t be ordered. Period. They won’t go get it for you. This just doesn’t feel like Subway quality any more.

Great food quick service. Don’t bother trying to call in though. They don’t answer the phone or literally take it off the hook so it’ll ring busy then you walk in and no one’s on the phone. So done in or take out is only option.

Tried to call in an order and nobody answered the phone, so I stopped by and was told I couldn’t order through the drive thru that I would have to call in my order. I told them I had tried, but no one answered the phone. I was told that their boss told them they didn’t have to answer the phone and they were trying to get things done so they could leave. This was at 4:30 pm! The girl was rude, and didn’t care if they lost business or not …according to her!! I wonder if the owner of the store cares???

This place hired the laziest bunch of bums I have ever seen. No matter how many people in the store they act like they fed up. It could be 8:00 they close even they it says open til 10. The list goes on but idc enough to keep goin.

Always a great place to eat. Employees are always friendly and very clean. Small towns don’t have many restaurants so I’m so glad we have this one. It’s the healthiest of the places we do have here and the only one my 16 year old son enjoys eating at.

Biggest issue with this place is the hours. They are closed several days a week, every Sunday and the other closed days seem to be a bit random, they were closed Friday this week. If you can’t be open all week, fine, just post the correct hours online. It is very frustrating to get kids in the car and make a special trip for nothing because they are not open and will not post it online. I suspect they do not post the closed days online because it would violate their franchise agreement. I drive by there often, I should probably start taking pictures when they are closed and email them to corporate.

Service was great, but that was all I can say for this visit. I got a chicken, bacon and ranch sandwich. My friend also had the same sandwich. The sandwich had no flavor at all! I thought maybe it was me, but my friend said the same thing. Then I thought it might have been the thickness of the bread, so I started tasting each thing at a time. The chicken had no seasoning, the bacon had no taste, and even the ranch was so bland it was tasteless. After spending $12 for a 6″ combo, I won’t be spending much time at Subway.
