The most RUDE service we have had in a Subway restaurant. Upon entering, we were quickly told we would not be able to order but only through the app. So we took a seat and proceeded to download the app and order. Then we asked for double protein but did not receive. Mentioned it and he pretended not to hear. We grabbed our chips and waited. Once I grabbed our food at the counter, he told us that we paid for cookies but not chips(we had already been eating our chips). Oh and also that the dining room was closed that we could not stay. We tried paying for the chips to make it right but he was quick to say we couldn’t but that we had to take the cookies out of our bag and leave them. He was so rude that we will NEVER return. It seemed as though they didn’t want customers at all. So we won’t ever be customers there again. And a few of our neighbors have said the same.

I don’t review places often but have to share my experience here. The card reader was down (which happens often) but upon entering I was not told till after 7-8 minutes of waiting in line. People in front of me and behind were frustrated because he waited that long to tell us about the issue. I had cash so I waited in line still and ordered. As I was ordering he was talking to someone through his AirPods and did not get everything I wanted on my sub. Me being already frustrated, I wanted to just pay and leave. After paying I was supposed to receive $1.25 back but he just kept the change. At that point, I told my wife that we would never go back to that Subway again and she agreed. It is by far the worst experience I’ve had at a Subway. Disappointed is an understatement.

Only get 30 minuets for lunch, got here and they said they were only accepting online orders only. Put in my order and before I could hit send the website logged me out. Needless to say I was late coming back from lunch, guys were ok. One kept going outside and talking on the phone. Place is very messy, guys are kid of rude.

Very unprofessional employee! Some coworkers and I had orders but the man only “allowed” me to pick up the mobile order and told me he was closed. Lawd they’re always closed! He was in the store behind the register, with the open sign up and was told we’re closed! You can never get food from there The Lynchburg store should just be closed permanently because they’re never open.

This place is so low life and unprofessional..their website will let you order online pickup and take your gift card info and then when you go to pick up your lunch they charge you cash for it..it’s like what happened to my gift card money? Scammers!!
