This subway is by far the worst subway that I’ve ever ordered from. Ordered a BMT and get it and there is literally no meat on this sandwich. And this isn’t the first time so I will no longer be ordering from this location.

I went in to get a happy Gilmore cup and the worker acted like he had no clue what I was talking about. No worries, I pointed to the sign promoting it behind him. We proceed, and this guy actively insulted me and was overall difficult to work with.
At the end, I ask for the 4th time total for the happy Gilmore meal (since he rung up a regular non cup meal) and he becomes frustrated and throws the cup towards me.
I was polite and even wished him a nice day after my poor experience. He looked at me like I was trash. Customer service is not present here.

This place has gone downhill so much in the past couple of years that it’s unbelievable. Every single time I’ve ordered here lately they’ve messed it up or left items out of my online orders. This sandwich is for my toddler and was supposed to have “less” mayonnaise but there’s so much that literally no one would want to eat it. I live all the way across the county line and usually by the time the food gets to me its not worth driving up there to replace it. Lesson learned, if it can be messed up this subway WILL mess it up, double and triple check everything before you leave.

I used to be a frequent customer and would go at least once a week, they have a female worker who’s really nice with customers and does her best at work. Last time I went there, there was an Indian guy who barely spoke English, sounded like the franchise owner, treated that woman like garbage and dismissed her then took over my order, left my sandwich on the table, didn’t even wait for my receipt to print, walked away to the back and I ended up reaching out to pull the receipt. I even left a %10 tip, That did not bother me as much as his trashy behavior with his employee. I will no longer support a business that treat their employees with disrespect, neither should you.

My boyfriend and I decided to order from here through the app since we are newish to the area and have a loving for subway! We got our normal orders and went and picked it up. we sat at the window for a couple of minutes and nobody came, so I finally went inside. I go inside to find the workers sitting in the back at a table on their phones! the store looked nice and clean but just the fact. we get home and our sandwiches are not that great, hardly any meat and no cheese on mine. I got my sandwich toasted and it was hard and cold and I live like 3 minutes away!!! Maybe it was just because it was an hour and a half before closing or something but I just wanted to share my experience.
