I went here after I got off work to grab my family some subs. I was not greeted. I was ignored. At the time of my walk in the lady was just standing there. Then she randomly started to make several sandwiches. Keeping me waiting another lady walked in she said im making online orders. I was not in a rush I let her catch up another lady came to help her. I approached the counter and she said what can I get you I said 3 chicken sandwiches. She said 3 as if that was upsetting to her. Everytime I asked for a side she huffed and puffed about it like it was killing her to add the items to the sandwich. They didnt even have cheese. What kind of sandwich place dont have cheese? As she was angry making my sandwiches someone walks in and she said we are only taking online orders you will have to place your order online. Saying this is ridiculous people just keep coming. This was the worst customer service and worst experience. I will not be back to this location. These two women need to be replaced.

There is only one or maybe two nice workers here. Worst subway ever. Constant attitude not matter what. I don’t know the rude one’s name, but I’m pretty sure Betty is the nice one. Could be wrong. Either way, there is absolutely no reason to be rude. This hasn’t happened only once either. Sick of it.

At first I thought “how bad could a Subway really be” and ignored the rating here — trust me, it’s BAD. The first impression was a manager sitting on the ground smoking a cigarette right by the door, didn’t acknowledge a hello, just had an attitude right out of the gate.
The whole place looks rundown and unclean and the next worker who greeted me seemed intoxicated or high or both. The real joke was the portion size of their sandwiches compared to every other Subway I’ve ever been to. Holding this sandwich in your hand feels like a child’s food and the bread tastes like it was made 1-2 days ago.
Trussssst me, go down a mile and find another one to eat at

The ladies were very busy with a large doordash order. They were courteous and very patient with me and getting my gift card to work as well as coupons. Professional, polite, clean, fast and delicious. Would like to have access to restrooms to wash my hands. That is my only negative comment, but customers ordering food that requires eating with bare hands should be allowed to use the restrooms.

I went into the store at around 6:45 and there was one customer ahead of me and I believe 1 behind me. There were 2 women working and both women were very unfriendly and rude. When I asked for extra tomatoes on my sub one worker told me there was a set limit and I would have to pay extra if I wanted extra tomatoes. I told her I had never paid extra before and I always get extra tomatoes on my sub. She said it’s a new policy. I told her I thought that was a little sketchy and she just made a face at me. The lettuce was brown and when I asked her to put a little more black pepper on my sub she rolled her eyes at me. When I got my bag I saw I only got 2 napkins for a 12 inch sub the other worker said that’s all you get for a 12 inch sub at which time I just laughed at them because it was obvious they were both just being petty on purpose. I tried to call the franchise owner but when I called and left a message saying what had happened she never called me back and when I called the store hoping to get a manager I got a recording both times. I will NEVER go to this store again!!!

First, That’s lady’s working in there acting like racist , I’m Hispanic person and them service me with attitude ,that make me very sad, I means is to early for that oh Jesus .So I’m be ordering the steak & sandwich and them not put avocado in my sandwich. So I pay steak & avocado sandwich but them not puting avocado in my sandwich. Oh well , I not back to this local again and if you’re Hispanic person I recommend not going to buy there because employees is so rude when talk to you ! .and them service to you like them want ,not like you pay . If you’re Hispanic and not trust me and you wanna try, I recommend recording them .honestly I think due that but I not have time for that , this lady is the same working in Keith street local,

Very professional for your employee to be in the parking lot, honking her horn as customers walked by scaring them. Then proceeds to give them a provocative look and roll her window down and cuss them out. As the two employees in the store walked out afterwards, leaving the store unattended.

I ordered the titan turkey which is supposed to have 33% more meat it did not.. I ordered it with crunches it did not have those on it. I order not toasted my bread was so stale I couldn’t hardly eat it. Hardly any mayo on it. This was the worst sandwich ever plus paid for a more expensive sandwich and got the basic turkey.

We have lived in three states, and have always been big Subway fans. We don’t eat meat, so we eat a lot of vegetables. This Subway is the worst one we have ever lived by. Not only is it frustrating when employees are out front smoking, they get our online orders wrong almost every time. Tonight due to my son’s sports, we needed a quick meal so I ordered here. When I went in, she said hey we didn’t have any olives and ran out of onions. I said my son gets three things on his sandwich. Last time you didn’t have olives either, and we didn’t know until we got home and opened his sub. She responded well it’s not our fault. You can have a refund but you have to leave the sandwiches. I laughed and said I’ll go buy olives. Little did I know how badly they made the subs. One sub had lettuce that wasn’t supposed to. One sub didn’t have spinach. The other didn’t have tomatoes. And they were completely just thrown together. I was embarrassed for them. The world is short handed, but you can still have pride in what you are doing. My husband runs a restaurant and when they are low on items, they go buy them. And customer service goes a long way.
