The ladies working in there were rude, told older couple in front of me they couldn’t have more onions without being charged more. Pulled the tea so a lady couldn’t get a refill. My turn, ordered 2 bmt footlong subs. Got 3 pieces of ham, 3 pepperoni, 3 salami on entire bread! Then I was told I got the amount they put on the sandwich or I pay extra. First of subway is home of unlimited veggies. I was told that wasn’t true. This location needs to be boycotted and closed

Brand new location with a drive through. Food was very fresh and they put real care into making our sandwiches. The employees here showed us southern hospitality at its finest. Definitely recommend this location. They keep it super clean and they are on top of everything. Just amazing service.

If I could give this zero stars I would. First of all, I ordered a foot-long sub and they charged me for 2 6 inch subs. When they were making my sandwich, the lady cut the bread like a maniac, gave me two strands of lettuce, threw the cheese on there, and was very rude.

This store may be clean, but I had terrible service due to the language barrier. She couldn’t understand I wanted steak, egg, and cheese. They did not have flat bread. When I brought the error to their attention, she basically shrugged it off and indicated– what do you want me to do about it. If you have a service here with the public, you need to be fluent with English! I ended up paying over $14 for something I didn’t order. I won’t be back!!! I’m getting tired of foreigners over running our businesses here in Coalmont and then not giving excellent service.

Rude service. Very rude. They acted like they could care less about us being there or fixing our food. The bell peppers were slimy. Asked for what the “special” was, and all the girl did was turn around, stared at the wall, then mumbled something. Could not understand a word she said. I asked 5 times and still couldn’t get a clear an answer. Don’t bother, keep driving and get better service and interest in your $ somewhere else. Asked for one of the meats (that came with the sandwich I ordered), to be put in the side. They refused! How cheap and petty can you be!? It is the sandwich meat that comes with the sandwich to begin with. All they had to do was either put it on a napkin or in a sandwich wrapper. How cheap can you be to not spare a napkin or a sandwich wrapper? I don’t eat that type of meat and was just going to give it to my dog. How cheap!

We are on a road trip with family and stopped by this Subway and we were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness, the quality and taste of the food and the service from the staff.
We ordered a few sandwiches and the staff really took their time to make the sandwich and carefully make all the sandwiches with the toppings we requested. The shop looks new but it’s a few years old.
We did not get a chance to try the drive through but there was ample parking. I liked the subway has its own lot with no shared parking with their stores so very easy to get in and out of the store. We had coupons via the subway app which the store honoured without any questions.
I would highly recommend this Subway if you are in the area.
