I’m came here to give 5 stars and just to say the young man (I did not catch his name) that was working at this store today around 3:30pm is PHENOMENAL!! He deserves a raise. He was pleasant from the moment we walked in, to the moment we walked out. He was very professional, kind and had remarkable customer service skills!! Thank you!! Kindness goes a long ways!!

This was the cleanest Subway I’ve been in, the manager stated she has worked very hard to establish and maintain the cleanliness of the store and get it where it is today, she’s done an amazing job, very friendly, fast fresh sandwich as well, I was very impressed

This place has gone down hill they can never get an order correct and it’s never on time . I placed an order at 1:30 for pickup at 5:15 and they never have it ready when I get there it’s always late why preorder on the app if they can’t tell time. This is the third and last time I order from this location. Three strikes and you are out.

I had a very poor customer service experience during my visit today. There was only one staff member on duty, but instead of focusing on customers, she was mostly engaged in conversation with someone who appeared to be a friend, hanging around near the cash register.

We arrived around 9:40 PM, and as soon as she handed us our sandwiches, she told us the store was closing in 16 minutes—clearly hinting that we should hurry up and leave.
She didn’t ask if we wanted our sandwiches toasted, didn’t provide napkins, or even offer a cup for the fountain drink we paid for. I had to go back and request them, which should’ve been part of the basic service.

To top it off, just before we left, around 9:55 PM, I politely asked if I could quickly rinse my hands in the restroom. She immediately said both restrooms were out of order and refused to let me in. Given the timing and overall attitude, it honestly felt like an excuse rather than a legitimate issue.

Overall, the experience felt rushed, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. Definitely not the level of service you’d expect from a brand like Subway.

If I could have given you no stars I would have. This is the second time I’ve ordered off the app and they didn’t have what I ordered. At least the first time they offered me something else this time I said I’d take a 6 inch instead and asked for a cookie to replace the other 6 inch I wasn’t getting and they said they can’t do it. These girls were in there laughing and acting like it’s funny. Well you’ve now lost a frequent customer.

Highly disappointed in this Subway location. Went in for a couple of subs and there was one person in front of me and he ended up walking out. The lettuce and tomatoes were old and mushy looking and when the man asked for fresh she gave him some kind of explanation about not having time to do that every morning and said it with an attitude. Then she took the tomato bin out and reached in and started throwing the worst ones in the trash! The girl who was making the sandwiches kept ignoring the first person in line and started asking people behind what they wanted. It was such a fiasco that I left with only jalapeños and yellow peppers on our sandwiches! Tried calling the manager but the mailbox was full! Needless to say I’m never going back there!

Haylee is always there killing it. Seems like she never really had any good help to take some stress off. But she’s always killing it with a smile on her face. Only complaint is ordering online and then having to wait 20mins after it says to show up waiting on my sandwiches.

This particular Subway is convenient to where I live. So it’s only ideal that I would select this store to visit.
The lobby was clean no complaints there. The staff was not friendly not welcoming and not dressed professionally. No hats or visers were worn by either of the individuals on staff this day. No wonder I found the long black hair in my sandwich that I had to pull out of my mouth before swallowing , Yummy nothing like a big long hair sandwich. We should have just left when we noted the brown lettuce and partially frozen veggies being served. We have had past issues at this same store with cursing and threatening to fight individuals who talk crazy from a blonde haired individual very ugly disposition she has its no wonder your tip jar is empty. We will bypass this store and go to another Cassie Atchley I hope you were not one on duty that day if you were a refresher on customer service and presentation of quality products would greatly benefit you and your team,or you should take better care on who you hire and leave in charge of the store.

I ordered 2 subs and a footlong cookie for delivery. What I received was 2 soggy cold subs, they didn’t even heat up the chicken. I also received no cookie. I have tried to call at least 20 times but the recording says they are busy helping other customers. No one ever answers the phone. All I want is an adjustment to my bill and a refund to my credit card for the price of the missing item and all related fees which include the tax, delivery fee, service fee, and driver tip, since they are all contingent on the price of the order.

The stores online hours say 11 I pull up at 10 to get sandwiches and the little girl inside proceeded to shake her head at me and say that “we’re closed”. I have never had such attitude from a food worker before and I will not be coming back to this location
