This is hands down the worst place I’ve ever been to and a completely despicable representation of Subway here in Cleveland. I will never step foot in this location again. From the moment we walked in, we were not acknowledged at all. The woman working there had a nasty, hostile attitude and displayed blatantly racist behavior. Her conduct was unacceptable, unprofessional, and disgraceful. The customer service was beyond terrible. I finally told her to forget it and we walked out. Someone like that should not be working with the public. This location deserves to be shut down. I will not recommend this place to anyone—ever.

Store was clean but there was no toilet paper in the restroom. the sandwiches were okay but the cookie was not cooked all the way (doughy in the middle and smaller than the cookies normally are.) the person running the register and making sandwiches when asked for napkins handed us just a wad. Like a crumpled up wad and we didn’t even get enough. I also saw another lady mention the toilet paper to the cashier and the cashier also just gave her a wad of napkins to use instead of toilet paper. Just overall unpleasant experience.

Recently this passed week I visited to get a salad . I wish you could have seen the tomatoes a lettuce and spinach.i told the young man he needed to change out it was so bad he said he would get wrote up if he threw it away. I bought a salad but was scared to eat it. He did change the tomatoes but said he could not change the rest. Needless to say I’ll never go back there because after spending 13 something on it I was too scared I’d get sick so o trashed it. Beware matter of fact the lady down the way told me she quit eating there became the stuff is so stale. Cover it up and change it out don’t let it sit till you make a law suit happen

Food is great as always, service was great, only issue is that they let a dog in the store that’s clearly not a service dog. The dog barked at multiple people and had to be corrected multiple times. I did not have my service dog with me but if I did I’d imagine coming here would’ve been a nightmare. This dog should not be allowed in here, wether it be owned by the workers here or not.
Edit: this dog watched me like a hawk when I went to the restroom.

I want to thank the young man at this subway for making my subway experience great today. Usually any other subway in town disappoints… especially 3318 Keith st. Food was hot and veggies were fresh. Thank you for caring and preparing our sandwiches like you would want your own.

Placed an online order that wasn’t ready when we went to pick it up after the given time. Even though there were only 3 customers left besides us, we had waited almost a hour by the time we received our last sandwich. They announced they were out of several items. So a group of 6 left. That did make the line shorter for us. When they finally got to our order they said they were out of items and couldn’t refund us or substitute anything because a manager wasn’t there and we needed to come back Monday morning. I explained that I don’t live or work here and they only wrote on the receipt that I needed a refund. To top everything off, the sandwich bread was dry so I didn’t even get a good sandwich.

I stopped by Subway earlier today and had the best experience thanks to a worker there I think his name was Coby I’m almost certain of it. He was fast, friendly, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. The service was amazing—efficient, clean, and with a great attitude. Definitely one of the best Subway visits I’ve had. Never again will I’ll be going to the store. The ingredients were not fresh, the service was absolutely terrible and the lady working was so rude and ugly to customers and the other employee. She should be ashamed of the way she was behaving. She even made the statement that she was going to close the doors so she can get stuff done.

This was my $10 protein bowl that isn’t even half way full. This subway has slowly went downhill and it’s the most convenient location to my work however I will drive out of my way to make sure I don’t go back to this one.
