I had a very bad experience at Subway today. I ordered a 6-inch Veggie Delite sandwich. I did not add cheese to my sandwich. I only asked for extra sauce.
However, I was charged for cheese, even though I clearly did not take it. When I tried to explain this, the lady working there spoke to me very rudely, which made the experience even worse.
I am very disappointed with this behavior and the incorrect charge. I am requesting Subway headquarters to please look into this matter and take appropriate action.

My Fiancé and I went into the Subway inside the Athens Tennessee Walmart today, 9/24/23. We ordered our subs on the Subway app while we were in line for the Walmart checkout. So when we got to the Subway, they already had our sandwiches made. We sat down to eat and found both of our sandwiches were already cold. My fiancé’s turkey sandwich was ordered to have extra mayonnaise, but there was barely a drop on it, so she had to get up and ask for a sauce cup of mayonnaise. Turns out the mayonnaise bottle was empty, so they must have just been too lazy to refill it, so, instead of getting a fresh bottle, they just sat there forever beating the bottle on the counter just to get the last little dab out. When we were sitting there eating our food, we could not help but see one of the subway managers, a blonde headed white woman, in the corner of the dinning room (right behind our table) that was all hugged up on a Walmart employee (whose name tag said Joey) He also had his hands all over her in an inappropriate manner. She was also vaping the entire time they were over there. She had let her hair down and was playing with it and didn’t even wash her hands after she had re-entered the food prep/kitchen area. This grossed me out and is not something anyone wants to be forced to watch while trying to eat. She closed the entire back dining room when she saw us come in. She pulled a table and chair in front of the drink machine, blocking the walkway to the back dining room even though there were still two tables of people still back there eating. I hate to leave such a harsh review, but I just felt that there were so many things that were just completely inappropriate for the workplace, and she was definitely old enough to know better. Also, when we were eating our cookies, right as we were getting ready to leave, one of the subway employees and the previously mentioned manager comes out of the kitchen with a Walmart buggy full of garage and pushed it through the dinning room and all the way through Walmart. I just wanted to let everyone know my server tonight was Pam. She was the sweetest server that I could ask for the store is super clean positive attitude all around the sandwich was amazing. I could hands-down say that was the best Subway sandwich. I’ve had in a really long time props to Pam!!!

The sandwich maker that took care of us was awesome. She was very friendly. She handled several customers very quickly and with ease. I’m not sure what her name was, but we visited on a Wednesday afternoon. Thank you for your superb customer service skills! The food was great too!

Horrible service. I went there for food multiple times within the span of 2-3 months and they told me the toaster was broken. I just found out today from my sisters who have went there about the same amount of times in the same time span and said they never had a problem with it when they went. Ridiculous.

The lady working at this subway on 2/10/2023 was rude. She charged me more than $3. for extra cheese and then twice for extra cheese. I looked it up and I could get a package of cheese for the same price. I asked to go light on sauce and she drowns the sandwich. The sandwich was almost unedible.

I was shopping at Walmart and decided dang some subway sounds delicious!! I went and stood there for a few minutes no one was around and there was no bell to ring although there was a sign saying to ring the bell…. After about 5 minutes of standing there with no one in sight I decided to leave…walked out and saw two of the subway workers smoking… Now that’s some good customer service right there. Let’s go at the same time and screw the customers. Never again.

Should have headed the red flag when I saw zero customers at noon.
Bread was improperly baked. Sandwich bain was messy and un stocked.
No one was wearing masks. Teenage staff were laughing and fooling around while making my food.
I left when the kid making my sandwich picked bacon off the floor to throw away, and kept making my food.
Didn’t even bother to change gloves.
If I could give negative stars, I would.

So they’ve done away with water cups, must pay full price for water now. Gnats were swarming the drink area (do you know where Gnats come from? A buggy full of garage (also swarmed with Gnats) setting in the back lobby. Constantly having to swat away Gnats and flies while trying to eat….
Will not be eating here again.
