Order wasn’t correct, food was not toasted or even warm for a hot sandwich. Prep time for a to go order was poor for a slow night. Get it in person and watch them do it or don’t bother.

In my opinion if you go to a sandwich shop and spend $50 for two people to eat you should at least get get service. I to this subway at least once a week and for the most part it’s not a bad experience. The only time we have anywhere close to a bad experience is when one person is working. She is a heavy set brunette old woman. She is very rude and obviously thinks she is better than everyone and more educated. I can’t even order a sandwich without her trying to correct me. For example I wanted pepperoncini on my sandwich and she made a big deal saying they are banana peppers, who cares just put them on my sandwich. Then I ask for pepper and she insists that it is black pepper, what difference does it make. So much for customer service this woman makes this establishment look bad.
Here we are a few months since my last review and in hopes that just maybe the owner or the very least the management would see or hear of a negative review or even the complaints put in personally and maybe do something to rectify the horrible customer service in this establishment. But nope it has only gotten worse. And the food, much worse. I just went in for a few sandwiches and couldn’t even get them made how I like them because the tomatoes were disgusting and when I asked for fresh tomatoes the young girl told me “No” this is what we have out right now so this is what you get and the lettuce was old and wilted and turning brown and had shredded cheese and onion olive pieces and God knows what else mixed in with it and there was not even enough to spread across one footlong but fresh lettuce was refused. And the girls attitude was very unprofessional and how she acted like she was entitled to act the way she did gave my the feeling that either she is related to the owner or maybe management which would only make it that much more pathetic. But even if not she obviously thinks it is ok to act the way she did and treat customers the way she did and given the fact that every employee that has worked there in the past 4 years with the exception of one young girl has all acted the same with same attitude like they are entitled to treat whoever they want whatever way they choose, it’s obvious management as well as the owner do not care about customer service let alone any type of ethics as long as they make money. But seeing how subways restaurants can be individually owned but they are still part of a franchise since the owner nor management want to rectify this any type of bad customer service not the quality of the franchise owned product maybe it is time to contact someone that will.

I’ve been to this location multiple times, as I live in Watertown. Today is literally the 4th time they are “out of meatballs”. In the past it was somewhat understandable, as it was within an hr-hr and a half of closing time. Even then if it’s in the menu, it should be available. Laziness and/or want of less waste at the end of the day isn’t an excuse. Today however, it’s literally 1 o’clock in the afternoon and guess what…?? No meatballs yet again. It’s a pretty simple formula, if you are indeed “running out of meatballs” and it’s a trend, which it clearly seems to be, then here is a novel idea…ORDER MORE!!!!!!!! If it’s simply the fact that the employees don’t want to make it, then take it off the menu or re-hire a staff that will do the functions outlined in the job description. Fix your restaurant! This was my absolute last disappointing trip to this location. I’ll stop in Lebanon on the way home from now on. Oddly enough they never have a shortage of anything…amazing! I guess that goes to show the aptitude/care of the staff and management.

I got the Italian BMT and the meats were delicious but… They put the mail on at the end so it’s only on the top portion of your sandwich and when I saw mozzarella as a cheese choice I asked for it not knowing it would cost a dollar fifty more on the sandwich. I wish when I chose that she would have mentioned you know that is extra ma’am. The flavor of the mozzarella really enhance the entire sandwich but for those on a budget it would be nice to know that it’s more than the other cheeses. Also they should have put the condiment on the bread prior to loading everything up and piling it on top of the salad items.

Monday and Thursday night crew are amazing! They always have fresh food, willing to help and very friendly when I come in. I’m a regular so they’ve gotten to know me a bit which is nice.
