Went there 3 times, driving out of my way because Subway advertises fresh ingredients. I order a veggie sandwich. Each time I had to pass on most of the vegetables because they had obviously been frozen. Tomatos were mushy, cucumbers see-thru, etc. The meat was hidden behind a panel so no telling how not fresh that was. They didn’t seem to care when I brought to their attention.

Very bad attitude and dont provide money’s worth food. They hide the meat section with a steel plate so that customers cant see how much meat they are adding. I counted the turkey slices in my sub and they are 4 count short. Another time i ordered rotisserie chicken sub and there was barely any chicken. I just hope someone sees this from the subway company and corrects this attitude.

Pulled up at 840, doors locked with 2 employees inside, had to knock on the window and argue to even get them to serve me.

My favorite subway since moving here! This one tops all the other subway locations in Spring Hill. The other ones suck! I always place the same mobile order for the same sandwich no matter where I go and this location always does it right! The sandwich is always neat and full as well. If I go to any other location in Spring Hill the sandwiches are sloppy and a very minimal amount of each ingredient on the sandwiches. The cookies here are also always soft and gooey. I can definitely not say the same about the other locations. Other locations cookies are thin and hard it seems. The location on Port Royal is doing everything right! Great job!

Used to be one of my favorite locations. It was close by, always clean with friendly staff and fresh ingredients. Now it is smelly, dirty and dilapidated the staff seems distant and depressing and worst of all the food quality has fallen off a cliff. They even have a metal shield over the meat now so you can’t even see if it’s fresh. Would not recommend especially because there are much better options nearby.

If you’re going to close your doors at 9pm then you need to update the system and your closing times. It’s disrespectful and unprofessional and a business should adhere to the correct times for paying customers who want something a little later. After a long hard day, I thought why not stop at Subway and grab a sub? I checked Google, and it said it was open till 9 p.m., and it was 8:40. Plenty of time to make a sub before closing shop, right? WRONG. Saw a worker inside, went to the door and found it locked. Worker would not make eye contact. I rolled my eyes and thought, “typical Subway”. I sat in the car for a few minutes and observed 2 other people try to go in. So, they lost at least 3 sales, likely more. Apparently this is common with this store. I don’t know if it is a franchise or corporate store, but they should either instruct their workers WE MAKE SUBS TILL NINE or change their freaking hours to 8:30 or whatever time they feel like no longer serving the public so people won’t waste time going here. It’s just dumb and rude. There are better options than Subway. Try Jersey Mike’s instead!
