After a long hard day, I thought why not stop at Subway and grab a sub? I checked Google, and it said it was open till 9 p.m., and it was 8:40. Plenty of time to make a sub before closing shop, right? WRONG. Saw a worker inside, went to the door and found it locked. Worker would not make eye contact. I rolled my eyes and thought, “typical Subway”. I sat in the car for a few minutes and observed 2 other people try to go in. So, they lost at least 3 sales, likely more. Apparently this is common with this store. I don’t know if it is a franchise or corporate store, but they should either instruct their workers WE MAKE SUBS TILL NINE or change their freaking hours to 8:30 or whatever time they feel like no longer serving the public so people won’t waste time going here. It’s just dumb and rude. There are better options than Subway. Try Jersey Mike’s instead!

The sign on the door says they close at 9. The Google listing says they close at 9. We pulled up in front of the store at 8:30. An employee walked up to the door, quickly, and locked it and turned the sign off as we were walking up. My husband knocked on the window and pointed at the sign that says they don’t close until 9. She shrugged her shoulders and smiled and walked away. Awful establishment and employees.

It’s been a few years since I’ve eaten at a subway and wasn’t planning on going back anytime soon. But I had just seen a commercial or something about Subway in their brand new menu and I just so happens to have pulled in right next to one while coming through Spring Hill. Must be fate!! I got the “Hotshot Italiano” with chips and a drink and it was pretty good. But for a footlong, bag of chips, and a medium drink it was $15. Thats The same I spend when I go to Jersey Mike’s….

Everything was great and the food was fantastic. I’d like to specially point out that one of the workers named Miguel was VERY kind and was very thorough with my order. However, this (quite ugly..) lady came in. Her name was Penny Byrd and she started saying racial slurs to him. It was very hard to watch and made my experience quite bad. Everything else was very nice.

This Subway location closes consistently before the 9 pm closing time. In previous times I’ve come at 8:30, 8:40, 8:50 and they’ve been closed. Yesterday I drove by at 8:40 and they were closed. If you’re going to close business early, that’s fine, but change your hours to reflect it.

I really miss the previous owners. They were always pleasant and consistent and the place was immaculate. The new owners just don’t care about customer service and neither to their employees. It is dirty, always run out of bread, close early often. They are always rude and I always feel rushed. If I could give it less than one star, I would. Do not recommend.
