This is the best subway. The service is friendly while fulfilling your order. This subway doesn’t skimp on the vegetables and meat on your sandwiches. They have no problem with giving you sauces when asked. This is the only subway that I have been to that asks you if you need anything else. The atmosphere is inviting and the servers change their gloves when making vegetarian sandwiches, which I truly appreciate since I am a vegetarian. I asked that my vegetarian patty be separated from my sandwich and the manager did it graciously, wrapping it in wax paper and putting it in a separate bag. I am so impressed with this subway that I tipped the server, first ever for me at subway, because I have never received such wonderful and gracious service. I will always come to this subway and if the service stays like this leave a tip. Join me at the best subway in Smyrna.

so i ordered through the subway app and i come in to get my food and see this lady with shorter hair finishing up my order and on one of my sandwiches specifically i said light mayo and she put wayyy too much than even the normal amount and cut the sandwich very sloppy and put basically extra of everything i said was light had stuff pouring out of the sandwich, this has happened 2 time before but i let it go just in case she was new or something along those lines, but after 3 times this is insane and she acted so rude. and she’s so picky with the meats it’s not even the regular amount from what i usually get from the other workers there, this is just absurd i hope something is done about this

Food is always decent, but the customer service is definitely lacking. It’s very disappointing. For the second time, Leslie as well as other cashiers look and act completely miserable as if they don’t want to serve me. The only thing Leslie said outside of the total, was her name when I asked her since it wasn’t on the receipt. If you’re going to have someone in a customer facing role, please train them on customer service and how important that is to any business. Just some advice from a paying customer that will be going elsewhere.

I went into the store and there was barely a line and their customer service was very nice today. The sandwich was made perfectly the way I wanted it, the cookies seem to be fresh, and the drink isn’t watered down like some places do.

I never write reviews. Place is very unsanitary. Guy making my sandwich looked like he hadn’t showered in weeks. Touched the computers screen and everything behind the counter with the gloves on and proceeded to make sandwiches without changing gloves. I asked them if they changed their gloves regularly and they just said no. Id be surprised if this place passed a health inspection. Will not be coming back here and I also advise you to not visit this establishment.
