Don’t eat here, our troubles with this location started right when they hired those 2 girls. We placed an order through the app and received a email confirmation and even saw the purchase in my bank. Long story short they didn’t have my order and wouldn’t make it despite taking my money. We let this be a isolated incident and moved on until today. Came in with 2 coupons, manager agrees to take both with limitations, okay fine, were trying to make these sandwiches and he’s changing his mind on what we can use or just telling us we don’t have that anymore or we don’t make that anymore, by this point they’re all gawking and chatting in their native language and from tone you can tell their getting mad. We gave up and left while they were making the food. Wont go back until there’s improvement and changes are made.

I was there a few nights ago.
They were close to closing, but had maybe less than 30 minutes to close.
I ordered ‘The Monster’, which is what I generally get whenever I go to a Subway.
After the bread and meat was heated, it looked like a totally different meat combination that was put on the bun.
The communication between the fahter and daughter was in a foreign language, so I couldn’t understand them.
Needless to say, I didn’t get the sandwich that I normally get at a Subway.
From this day forward, I will NOT purchase any food from this establishment!!

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews. I really would prefer to find something nice to say or chalk it up to someone having a bad day but unfortunately I think it is just who they are.
The guys who were working (I think they are the owners?) were terribly rude when we tried to order our sandwiches. We expressed that we couldn’t hear what they were saying but they refused to speak up and got belligerent. We cancelled our order before they could even finish preparing one sandwich and they became irate.
It really seemed like they were annoyed and angry that we were even there at all.
My husband had pretty much the same experience last year and we were hoping that they were having a bad day but it seems that is just their regular demeanor…

Literally would give them a negative review. Very rude, and they barley put the right portion sizes in the sandwiches. This establishment is also absolutely dirty and none of the workers look even remotely happy being there. I pray that corporate actually shows up and does something or at least them be removed from the Walmart.

Was in the restaurant last week with my son and granddaughter. We ordered sandwiches to go for us and my mom at home. We also ordered 6 cookies. Got all the way back to Chapel Hill and there weren’t any cookies at all in the bag. But I paid for them. Tried calling that day several times and thru the week but no one will answer the phone. I just want to be reimbursed for the cookies.

I do not recommend this place at all because the owner is always in a bad mood. He’s very impatient and sometimes rude because I’m assuming he doesn’t want to deal with customers. I explained to my ex-husband about my experience with this subway restaurant and he told me that he had the same experience and he doesn’t want me going back there either. We both take our kids there and it’s not worth it. You’re better off getting a delicious whole rotisserie chicken from Walmart and it would be cheaper and you can feed your whole family too.

Went there at 8:44 to order a sub, and they were already closed. What is the point of having a hours of operation posted if you don’t honor it?

Employee was on the phone the whole time he made my sandwhich did not pay attention to my needs or what I wanted on my sandwich and then when I corrected him on him being on the phone. He had an attitude on top of that after i payed for my sandwich did not say Thank you bad service do not eat here.
