Tonight I was served by JimJohn and we chatted while making my sandwich. He told me that 2 weeks ago he rung the bell on his cancer chemo treatment. Even though he’s dealing with health issues he had such a positive attitude! He’s awesome! Give him a raise and treat him well because it’s hard to find the good customer service I experienced tonight. Oh and by the way… my sandwich was top tier! Down to the very last bite!

Seriously the worst subway I’ve ever been to. They never show up on time. Employees are always sitting on their butts or on phones even while taking orders. Not properly changing gloves. Store is so dirty with flies everywhere. Food is all cross contaminated and they could care less. Never have ingredients for main items. Seriously this is why minimum wage in Tennessee is still below 8/hour bc of lazy excuse of employees and managers like this. Whoever owns this franchise should be notified bc this is a health risk and just blatant incompetence and carelessness. Do better. If you don’t want to show up on time at least change your hours. If your store opens at 8. That means you’re there at 730 prepping to take customers at 8 not arriving 845 and making guests wait while you slowly get your act together. Also dress appropriately. You shouldn’t be in crop tops or dirty sweat pants making people food.

They are sloppy and rude. Subs will have bare minimum (example: a big piece of onion CORE just slung on there instead of red onions). They will add vegetables you didn’t ask for EVEN WHEN ITS A MOBILE ORDER AND THEY HAVE THE TICKET RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM!! WHAT IF SOMEONE HAD AN ALLERGY? The bread isn’t cooked long enough and it’s poorly and patchily seasoned. Couldn’t get any worse. Wouldn’t put this sandwich in a pig trough! Save your money and go somewhere else.

This subway needs a remake. I walked in, stood in front of the counter, and the girl employee wouldn’t get off her phone to do her job. I stood there waiting to be helped. She seen I was standing there but kept yaking on her phone. It’s very rude and inconsiderate. These people need better etiquette.

Very strange experience at this Subway today. After making our sandwiches unlike I’ve ever seen a Subway make them – and just generally acting strange – he checked my receipt before giving my food to me to see if I tipped him. Then, he kept taking back my bag when I tried to get it from him. Like playing a keep-away game from a kid. Very, very strange. Avoid this Subway at all costs.

I dont know his situation but apparently the afternoon-close employee doesn’t understand the difference between “The Garlic Roast Beef”( Roast beef, double serving of provolone cheese, a couple of veg. toppings, and roasted garlic aoili) and a roast beef sandwich with no cheese, a couple of veg. toppings, and oil/vinegar. I wouldn’t entrust this person with a turkey sandwich w/mayo on wonder bread let alone a footlong and cash me out. Might charge you for “The Monster” because their’s protein in the mayo.
