This review is long overdue for the Subway on Long Hollow Pike. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I moved to Goodlettsville eight years ago and occasionally stop by for lunch or to grab something for my family. Quality of food is always good and environment clean. One day, I was so hungry that I ran down there for a sub, but when it was time to pay, I realized I had forgotten my wallet. I was incredibly embarrassed, but the staff treated me with kindness and told me to take the sandwich and come back to pay later. Being an honest person, I ate the sandwich in my car and immediately drove home to get my wallet before returning to pay them. I don’t know many restaurants that would do this. Since then, I have held great respect for the owner and their compassionate approach to service. I hope the same kindness they showed to me continues over take them when they need it the most for their family and business. Thank you and may God continue to bless you.

The manager is very rude. The other staff is also not very polite. They always over-do it on the mayo, salt and pepper even when you’re saying, “Please, stop! Please, stop, that’s enough.” It’s convenient on the go, but they do act like it’s a ‘chore’ to have a customer, even being argumentative at times, and the last time I got iced tea from there my stomach was very upset for two days. Food=2 stars because it’s easy, quick, affordable, decent. Service=1 star due to aforementioned issues. Atmosphere=3 stars because it seems to look clean and has a great location.

When I use this subway I typically get a good experience. Normally there are three ladies working and when they are working service is a hundred times better. Today there are two guys working who aren’t getting orders ready. I place an online ahead for 3:35. At 3:40 I arrive at the subway and my sandwiches haven’t been started. Then my sandwich’s are completely wrong and when I complain I get ignored. Work is work!

I have never had a reason to review a subway until now. The food is Subway. No frills. But the service was unexpectedly good. We were in town for a Lacrosse tournament and the line was a bit long, and I was expecting the typical slow service I expect at Subway. But the staff was sharp and never missed a beat. 5 stars for exceptional service on a very busy Sunday lunch crowd.

Staff was pretty short with me, but I got a decent sandwich. Didn’t understand the tone of voice they used when asking what toppings and telling me how much to pay, there was no need to be demanding…? I guess the family’s toddler was frustrating them but they directed that at us instead of correcting thier little one

If I could give them a zero, I would!! They are so Rude! My Mom and I wanted meatball subs and we wanted extra and they would not get us any!! On the footlong there were 6 whole meatballs! We are Never going back there! We their sandwiches but the past 4 times they are horrible!!
