I visited this Subway location and felt uncomfortable with the customer service. One of the employees kept asking me personal questions, even after I politely answered once and mentioned it was a personal choice.
Even though I had already given a clear response, he repeated the same question in a way that felt intrusive and unprofessional. I also noticed, similar to other reviews, that staff can sometimes be distracted with phone calls or conversations with coworkers instead of giving customers proper attention.
As a paying customer, I expect a simple and respectful interaction without being pushed to explain my personal life.
I hope management can address this so other customers can have a more comfortable experience in the future.

Stopped here as we passed through while long distance traveling. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The portions were not skimpy at all. The restaurant was clean and well kept. The staff were following proper CDC guidelines for infection control. We will definitely stop here again if we pass back though!

Yesterday went in and got 2 sandwiches, spicy Italian, neither sandwiches has cheese and little meat. Won’t be back to this place, too much competition for this kind of food. Will be in contact Roark Capitol Group who owns Subway.

What happened to my Subway? My favorite employees are gone. I stood for 7 minutes at the counter while 3 employees stood talking to each other in a foreign language.( which I didn’t mind really) But there is a bell on the door, they knew I was there. Not friendly at all, and the churro was a new item, so I got 2 for dessert. They were like trying to chew a garden hose. Millersville has 2 restaurants, now, for me, only one.

Manager Waybo and his team assist my company with catering orders. They always do a great job, excellent customer service.
They even follow up after service to be sure everything was perfect for us, and also check in periodically to see if we need anything.

Food came out minutes after cooked. Atmosphere is good. Wish there was a pool table like the Portland location has.
